Great shoes and great service

I have been wearing new balance for many years - 813's and they were great. When I looked for them recently I couldn't find them so I ordered another one. I ordered wide which I have always done and when I got them, they were so tight they pinched my toes. I sent them back, very uncomfortable.

These are one of only 2 or 3 styles of shoes that I can wear being on my feet all day. Fit great, however when I opened the box and took the paper out of the toe area and laced them up to try them on for size, I noticed the soles of the shoes were already dirty on a supposed brand new pair of shoes. Disappointing but since I have a hard time finding my size and width in solid white, I'm stuck. Enclosing pictures

I have used 608 going back for decades. Previous versions had a broad spectrum of color patterns to choose from. And of course the option to purchase a wider width makes this NB model second to none. The V5 is by far the worst version of the shoe that I have tried. Not only was there such a diminished number of color options but the shoe itself was redesigned to be less-than previous versions. Especially noteworthy was the disastrous choice to change the design of the outsole from a single piece of rubber to 3 separate pieces of rubber. My experience with V5 is that the 3 separate pieces made the outsole more susceptible to pealing off of the midsole. Hope that a V6 comes out soon and New Balance restores the care and design that were present in previous versions of the shoe.

LL Bean does not know sneakers only good for clothing

As a mail carrier I need comfortable shoes that keep my feet going all day long. These are the most comfortable shoes I've worn in a long time. Wish you guys had a contract with the USPS for their uniforms. Will be back for more.

This has been a great show for someone just starting to workout again. Comfortable and sturdy, just like I need them, so they will last.

My husband needed nicer shoes to wear to Paris. He loves these shoes. I asked him to break them in but he loves the shoes so much he won't wear them.

I gave it five stars because I like the sneakers, I order the same size as my old sneakers but it did not fit. Will order again in a different size.

Was planning on using this as my daily trainer. Delivery was great but the shoe runs big in the toe box so had to return it. Will try again soon as shoe had what I wanted.

I have been wearing New Balance for years, started around 1996, based on the recommendation of a podiatrist. I started with 624s and when they stopped making them, I changed to the 608. They give my foot excellent support and have not had planters facetious since I started wearing New Balance. I do not have to wear inserts with the 608s.

After using in another type of shoe, I started wearing another New Balance style 510 to get relief from the pain I had. Upon wearing this shoe when it arrived, the pain was gone. I will reorder this product soon.

The sneakers do not provide the support or comfort that is noted in the description. They run small and are tight in the toe area.

The fit is perfect and the shipping fast!

These are one of the most comfortable pair of sneakers I have. My feet do not hurt at all when I walk regardless of how far or how fast. Get a pair if you want to feel comfortable all of the time.

This is my seventh pair the fit the comfort the look and the value keep bringing me back.

I have been using these shoes and its earlier incarnations for over thirty years for the gym, walking, and commuting by bicycle. It is relatively light, water-resistant, and the outer sole lasts a long time.

These sneakers are very comfortable for my old feet. I have been wearing New Balance sneakers for over 15 years and I dont think my feet will accept anything else. I ordered size 10- R.

I've been a New Balance customer for over 30 year because they make good products that comes in custom width.

No comfy

I walk seven and one-half miles a day with these shoes, which provide support and comfort that make me feel as if I am walking on air. I highly recommend the shoes and plan to buy the same shoes when I replace them.
