The New Balance 608v5 are the best fitting sneakers I own. I find them excellent to work out and walk in because the soles are very stable and supportive. Keeps my flat feet from rolling sideways lol.
I'd also recommend:
I only wear New Balance sneakers. They fit me best.

I really like the style and design of this shoe. It is very comfortable. However, it feels a bit shorter than my other NB shoe that is the same size (8 2A). So glad I can get the narrow size. My order was processed and shipped quickly.

However my right foot has always felt some discomfort on the right side of my ankle, so I am unable to lace the sneaker up to and including the top most eyelets. This has been the case over many years, no matter which sneaker brand I purchase. Regardless, I love my New Balance sneakers!

These are some of the most comfortable, least stylish shoes I have ever worn in my life. However, that isn't what I bought them for. I bought these for shifts as a student nurse where I would be on my feet for 12-16 hours with little rest. My feet felt great after wearing these, little pain or soreness. They didn't really rub but I got a size up since I would be using socks and my feet tend to swell. I also liked the slightly wider base that prevented me from rolling my ankles. If you need a shoe where you will be on your feet all day or you need a shoe that is function over form go for this one.

I wear a 4E and found the mid-portion true to size but the toe box a bit constraining. Perhaps it has been some time since I wore a leather type athletic shoe but I have found this shoe so stiff that it feels a little like wearing a box. I’m hoping they will break in to become more supple. I am into comfort but gladly admit that they are nice looking.

I use these shoes exclusively for in-door dance and aerobics classes. I had a previous pair that I used for years, and these seem just as comfortable and supportive!

Needed to replace a NB walking shoe for light exercise. This shoe was comfortable from the start. I would prefer a more rounded toe box, but this style worked in a wide width. Only problem was the material used on the underside of the tongue. One day I wore low cut socks and walked about a mile. The tongue rubbed along my ankle enough to cause a brush "burn" that bled. Other New Balance tongues have a softer material.

I am a chef - and on my feet for long periods of time - these are comfortable, easy to clean and they don't make you feel like you're going to slip... Plus - the cushioning helps prevent lower back pain

Wore my 608's today. I will enjoy them. Interesting that one shoe was perfect, but the other one was a tiny bit off. Probably my foot. I liked that when I opened the shoe box, the shoes were already laced and not sloppily. Thank you. I would recommend these shoes.

I bought 2 pairs this holiday Christmas season and I am extremely satisfied with the black pair. Soles are soft to absorb impact and I think I got a "work related" shoe because it's somewhat slip resist. My other pair has been hurting my heels and they are blue with the white sole. A little more stiffer so impact asorbtion is not quite there, but I am confident they will break in properly. All in all I give these shoes 4 1/2 stars.

These black shoes are an alternative to my nubuck version. The toe stitching was coming loose and I needed a second pair for going out. These fit fine and I'm glad to have the all black version.

I have been working 40-60 hours a week as as massage therapist for over 15 yrs & NB shoes have helped me do it! They're comfortable, give great support and last a long time! I hope U bring the high top 608v4 back!
