so this was so strange. We upsized the shoes from 11 to 11.5 as our son asked for a bit bigger but when they arrived, our son said that the shoes were actually SMALLER than the 11's. Not sure what happened, but he just raves about these shoes, so we will try purchasing them again.

I've been purchasing this style of New Balance shoes as it seems to fit my feet/arches very well.

The Nike brand has also fit my feet well.

Great for my on-line home walking program. It's not just walking. we move all around forward/backwards, side to side, etc. These cross trainers are great esp with the ball of foot support in the insole. Very happy I purchased them.

Very comfortable shoes, I'm getting older and need these shoes for my BBQ's...just kidding. But since I hit my 40's I need better support and comfort and these do the trick. But they didn't last as long as other brands, the sole started coming off way before the life of the shoe was over. Since then, I have read many complaints on the same issue. If they get this resolved, I would definitely purchase another pair.

I'm not a runner and physical weight and usage has everything to do with durability of shoes like this. I walk about 7000 steps a day on concrete and do yard work. If I don't rotate, they will last about six months. With rotation between work and outdoors, could probably get a year which is good from each pair. I tend to forget and end up wearing both pair for both duties. I've had good luck with these and will order 2 more pair in a minute. I did have to go up to a 12.5 about a year ago. I don't believe my foot got longer so the sizing has apparently changed.

Going into an academy and black training shoes are required for the PE portion. I need a wide shoe and these fit the bill. Function and fit over the looks to be honest but happy feet make for good exercise. Pleased to have found what I was looking for online.

My son is an athletic, active freshman in highschool and thanks to New Balance wide running shoes are no problem and easily acquired. He attends a charter school and can have only plain neutral colors white, gray, black navy... He wanted white but ones that he thought looked cool--and they do! The downside is after 4 days they were no longer white on the cloth area of the shoe instead they were gray and dirty. Despite my 3 applications of water proofing tent/camp spray the dirt was a bit difficult to remove, required soap water and a brush. The did not come completely clean but passable. I think these are better for someone who does not play outside and uses them for running or nondirty errands. Next time I will resist his suggestion and get a pair that is all ready gray in color
