I ordered these so I would have a sturdy training shoe that I could put my orthotics in. These do just that and I was pleased to get them so fast delivered from New Balance. I looked in a store recently and the shoe department was a mess. 25% and free shipping from New Balance was great!

Very happy with my 608 sneakers, good fit and support!

Using it for both strength and cardio ski conditioning workouts. Fit is great, plenty of support and cushioning.

I walk 6 or more miles a day, and at least half of those miles are usually on a parkway (wood, asphalt, concrete) or in neighborhoods (concrete sidewalk, asphalt roadway). The fit was excellent, right from the start (size 13 2E), and the comfort level and support is better than my other four pais of similar shoes.

I have bought many of this same shoe over the last five years, maybe more. They work well.

I play pickelball seven days a week. I them to playing pickelball.

When I buy sneakers, I need to buy the best. I had Breast Cancer twice, and both times I was told to wear NB from Nurses, technicians and even doctors. (I cannot remember names and will not reveal these who recommended NB. I developed Neuropathy in my hands and feet which going through chemotherapy, during my first bout with Breast cancer. 7 years later I developed a new breast cancer in the same breast. I had to take very strong chemo the second time. My neuropathy pain worsened. At the time of both treatments I had horrible pain. I was only able to wear my NB sneakers. I always wear socks also. The NB sneakers have always been the saving grace for me. None of other brands on sale have helped me to walk without pain. To this day, from 25 years ago, I still wear NB. I especially do well now with the wide width. Thank for for making the best product for those of us with foot pain.

I have been wearing these sneakers for quite a while and until this pair, was very happy. I don't know what happened with this pair, but the feel more like cardboard glued together than the quality material I am used to. I will be trying another pair and hope that the quality is better.

I love New Balance shoes so these were great and they will be very good when I am able to vacation again.

I wanted leather sneakers, because my feet get wet from the dew or rain with my mesh and fabric shoes. These fit perfectly& I'm not easy to fit. They're very comfortable, & my feet stay dry. I do wish the leather sneaks came in colors other than black and white. Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase.

I walk in them. They are much better than going without shoes.

I bought these shoes as a gift for my husband. He needs good walking sneaks and usually wears the 840 sneakers but these were on sale.

Steel toe Was a surprise. Good work shoe and stylish too!

The product fits comfortably and is very light weight on my feet.

I have used NB many years in playing tennis and now for training and walking. Great product and service.

I love NB sneakers, but I'm the kind of guy who likes to touch, feel and try on things that I'm buying. I've worn NB for the last 40 years, but I find that a 7/12 Wide is not the same in all models. A double E is too wide in this particular model. I usually have to try on several pairs at the store till I have a 7 1/2 wide that fits properly. Otherwise NB is still No. 1 in my book.

Weekend walks. Not as light as my "809". But they look great and fill great on my feet.

This is my 6th pair of 608 shoes. For me they are simply the best athletic shoes I have ever worn.
