These are supposedly narrow, but they are not, they are more like a regular medium. They also have zero arch support. They also are the warmest workout shoes I've worn in the past 5 years--as if they are constructed of a man-made synthetic vinyl.

Everything about the shoes was perfect.

At one time New Balance athletic shoes were made in the USA. Now the parts are made elsewhere and only assembled in the USA. A disappointment in that fact alone but the shoe itself felt small in size. I didn't go back to this style shoe to order a size up. I'll try again in the Fall.

I bought these for tennis. They are great. I would recommend them.

I would like to return, they make my feet burn and make walking very unpleasant. Can I return them, I have the origginal box and package. Iam 93 . Please let me know. Thanks

The leather material is very firm. It was too firm & unbending for me around the ankles and that is why I returned. Other than that I would have kept the shoes. The fit was good and the support was nice.

too stiff plastic feel, too heavy also.

These are very sturdy shoes, but not comfortable. The footbed is stiff and irritates the soles of my feet through my socks. There feels to be no cushioning at all. Not a great choice for me.

This is my 3rd pair of these shoes. I fast walk several miles per week and these shoes are great for walking. I normally wear a 7.5 but need an 8 with these shoes. I don't need to break them in...I've walked 4 miles in a brand new pair and have never had a blister. I do wear good socks also tho.

Thank you Zappos for allowing me to try on 4 different sizes. Living in a semi-remote area, there are not many stores around who carry the variety of shoes that Zappos does. These New Balance court shoes (I play Pickleball) are perfect. I've been wearing New Balance for 20 years, and my old ones were so old that I was unable to discern the WIDTH. Thought it was wide. NOT. Anyhow, after 4 tries I got it right. It's a pleasure doing business with you, because I was able to ship the unworn shoes back for Free. That's a HUGE plus!! Oh, and P.S. You should advertise your court shoes both for Pickleball and Tennis. There are 4.1 million Pickleball players in the world, and growing by leaps and bounds!

I wear a 7.5 narrow. The heels slipped when I tried them and they weren’t as comfortable as the other New Balance shoes I have. The style of the shoe was ok. Hard to find a white leather shoe in leather that fits me.

The "size guide" said that because I wear an Easy Spirit Dress shoe in 9.5N to 10N, I should get a 10 in this shoe. But it also said that becasue I wear a 11.5 in Nike running shoes, I should get 11.5. Athletic shoes run larger than standard shoe sizes in most brands, but I called customer service to ask. They said to get the 10. Boy were they wrong. Because they were so small I can't honestly evaluate the width, but I have been searching and searching for a narrow width cross trainer. Nike is great for running, but absurdly wide in training shoes, so I tried these. Now I don't know what to do, whether to try a larger size or give up.

Wearing them is so comfortable and supportive.

I usually wear Nike but their cross training shoes are way too wide for my narrow foot. The size finder said that because I wear at 10 in Easy Spirit I should get a 10; but because I wear a 12 (!) in Nike, I should get a 12--what to do? I called Zappos and they said go with 10--boy were they wrong! Way too short. Don't know what size to try, now. Couldn't really assess width because they were so much too small in the length. Arch support inadequate, tho there is some.

My physical therapist recommended these while I was learning to walk again after a broken and dislocated ankle. They give great support and the lacing is easily adjusted to accommodate swelling.

I didn't like the shape of the shoe - I like a more rounded toe.

I have been wearing NB 608 since they were version 3. They are now version 5 and they just continue to get even better, tho I always think they are perfect no matter what version. Only shoe I have ever bought that truly has support, is wide enough, and is attractive. I have them in different colors but the white is my favorite. I will never wear another brand. Oh, the reason I started wearing them is that a friend who works in a podiatrist's office said that's what he told her to get to ease her heel pain.
