Had regular wide width in the past and they were a bit tight, got extra wide width this time and they are extremely comfortable. Also like comfort insoles that come with them. Would definitely recommend.

I have bought the same shoe for many years now. It always fits the same and holds up as well as the last. So many brands today have changed their sizing or quality, it is great to know that New Balance respects their repeat customers enough to not change what is working so well. I am certain I will buy these again in the future. Thanks New Balance!

Gave it a 3 star as I like the sneaker but returned it as, after lacing, it was too wide at top sides and my heel was slipping up and down. Went to NB store & sales rep. scanned my feet and this sneaker did not support my low arch, the sales rep. stated, so went with a different pair.

A dear friend heard that I was having issues with my foot comfort (Diabetic Feet) and for Christmas bought me a pair of 608s in black. This is the first time my feet felt comfortable in over a year. One's feet are always swollen and often those who have Diabetic feet suffer from neuropathy numb parts of your feet with throbbing or stiff issues (as in toes). Oddly, I dropped into an orthopedic specialist who sells footwear for Diabetics and guess what was on their shelf? Yep, a pair of 608s. A few weeks ago I added to my wardrobe another pair of 608s, this time in white.

Bought this for my daughter and the size is spot on. She said that the shoe is so comfortable and it feels like there's a memory foam on the sole

Have wore these 608 for many years and they always fit and are the most comfortable shoes I can find.

I wear a women's size 12 narrow and finally found a shoe that fits. The arch actually fits at the arch, with plenty of cushion, support and toe room for my 5-6 mile walks. Can not thank New Balance enough for being one of the only brands to carry shoes that fit.

I have wide feet and I love the extra wide model this shoe comes in. Been wearing this same model jogger for at least 15 years and hope it never gets discontinued.

I have been a NB shoe owner for years but switched to Brocks shoes and my feet started to hurt when they changed the composition of them. I went back to NB and my feet are fine from the great support.

I have owned several pairs of new balance shoes, and keep coming back. They have good support and they outlast others I have tried. They last me about 2-3 Years. And I wear them for work every day, at a job were I am on my feet all day. Walking. Rotating colors of course. I would recommend giving them a try!

I recently purchased both a 608 and a 624, which I use for different purposes (daily wear vs. aerobic exercising). Both are competent shoes, though they come with DANGEROUSLY long laces that requiring replacing before the shoes can be safely worn. The 624 has an advantage in that there's a plastic insert for the top two sets of lace holes. The 608 only has the leather top, and I've had laces saw their way through the top holes. The other noticeable difference is that the tongue slits that help keep the tongue centered are higher up on the 608. The 608 consequently does a slightly better job of keeping the tongue in place than the 624, though at the expense of making it a bit more difficult to loosen the laces to take the shoes off. The 608 and 624 used to have the same soles, but the 608V5 sports a new design. If it's better, I wonder why it isn't also on the 624.

Great pair of walking shoes for walking the neighborhood

I have worn NB for years, very happy with them. Due to the pandemic, I was unable to get to order the NB last year and settled for a pair of NIke Monarch Airs. I wear a 4E & Nike is the only other manufacturer that sells cross trainers in extra widths. A bad mistake the Nikes are very uncomfortable due to poor quality & high arch. The NB MX's are really comfortable & fit much better. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a good cross-trainer, especially in extra widths.

I have a hard time getting shoes to fit around my toes. Usually too pointed but these are fine. I've ordered NB from LL Bean previously. Satisfied

My husband loves these shoes. He's diabetic and needs a shoe that is lightweight and comfortable.

Have had multiple pairs - always very comfortable and provide good support.

I actually needed new sneakers during the pandemic but I could not find my size in New Balance walking or training shoes in white. I'm so relieved and thrilled to have a new pair, although I should have gotten a D width instead of EE. Great shoes for the money.

NB shoes always fits my feet, true to size. I don't have to try them on before I buy NB, I buy online. I trust New Balance.

I do all of my everyday tasks with your fabulous sneakers. They hug my feet all day and make me feel all powerful and ready for anything.

Use for walking. I have three pair of New Balance shoes to alternate in daily walks and activities. I wear while officiating track meets which means I am on my feet for as few as 3 and as long as 8-10 hours at a stretch. Good cushioning.
