I usually love Sam Edelman shoes and boots but I was very disappointed in these. The suede looks like it is partially worn off which is not attractive.

This shoe is awesome!! I have 10 pairs of Sam Edelman sandals and shoes. Always ordered an 8, this boot I had to send back for a 7 1/2. Perfect fit now. I love these. Style and comfort. Leather is soft and like some ankle boots hurt my skinny ankle, this one does not! I’m also a narrow foot but this still fits nicely.

These shoes are everything! They are comfy and cuter in person. Just the right height, and the leather is very soft but seems to be pretty durable. I got these to replace a similar pair that I had completely worn out, and had been searching for a while to get just the right black boot that I could wear everywhere and these fit the bill. To me, the sizing was just right, but I have a very average width foot. If you have wide feet I’m not sure that these will work, but maybe if you go up a size? Also, I have fairly large feet and have worn 10, 10.5 in Sam Edelman but sometimes 11 in other brands if the boot runs small. I read the other reviews about these running slightly narrow in the toe, and got a 10.5 and they are perfect with a regular sock. May have been able to do a 10 with a thinner sock but I don’t believe the shoe would have been as comfortable. All this to say, this is a great pair of shoes. I immediately ordered another pair in the caramel color!

I’m a true 7.5 and these fit great as long as I wear a thin sock. These are gorgeous..bought them in taupe and black. They look awesome with shorts and the worn off look that another reviewer didn’t appreciate is subtle but edgy. Love!!

I bought these in my usual size, 9.5M, in the black distressed suede. I find these shoes to be fashionable and extremely comfortable, which is what I expect from Sam Edelman.

Almost the holy grail of boots I was looking for. Great red color, beautiful suede, excellent fit and the heel was not too high or too low, felt stable to walk in with a little lift. The ONLY flaw was that awful distressing of the toe and heel. I tried so hard to overlook it, because the boots were amazing in every other way. The distressing, though, looked like I had walked through the muddy lawn after a rainstorm and ruined them. I could not get past how they just looked dirty and wet in those places. Why did they have to ruin this lovely boot with that awful distressing!? Sadly I ended up returning, just could not get past it.

Not my favorite and not comfortable at all. Ran a half size small.

My heel slipped in these boots and the leather was quite thin.

Very comfortable bootie. I wore them shopping all day with now issues. True to size and width. My go to lately.

I love Sam Edelman shoes and am excited to add these gorgeous boots to my collection! I am a perfect size 9 in most shoes, but I find the Sam Edelman sizing varies by style. I usually go down to an 8 1/2 in sandals and stay with a 9 in closed toe shoes. I ordered a 9 in these boots and they fit perfectly with a thin sock, which is what I wanted. The height is very comfortable, and the soft leather around the ankle makes them flexible.

The color is perfect for me, love it. I am in between sizes with Sam shoes, so I ordered a 9 and should have gone with a 9.5. I am keeping them in hopes they will stretch a bit. Got lots of compliments.

These booties are perfect! I love the way they feel and the color. Be careful, though, the suede can get scratched easily. When I got my first pair, they were damaged, but thanks to Zappos' amazing customer service, I had a new pair in a couple of days. I treated the new pair with a boot/suede protector to ensure they were looking like new for as long as possible. They are very comfortable and go with so many different clothes. I love them!

Really wanted to love these boots. The style and fit were amazing. I wish they came in a regular leather. The distressed suede looked more damaged than interesting. Really hated to send them back. I wear a 9.5 wide and fit was perfect. They were very well made other than finish and comfortable trying on.

I love my new booties. At first, when I tried them on barefooted, they felt just perfect, and I was worried about wearing a sock. With a thin sock they still feel very comfortable. I wear a 51/2 and they fit perfectly. I started to order up, but I’m glad I changed my mind. I plan to wear these in the summer with dresses and skirts, so I’ll probably wear short socks that won’t be seen. I’m very pleased with my purchase.

These boots are so very cute, they are just so stylish. My new favorite. The height is perfect not too or too low, an everyday wear. The sole is a hard sole not bendable but very comfortable.

Beautiful, stylish boot but, unfortunately, it cramped my toes. Sorry to return it.

A little tight across the top of one foot but I think it will break in once I wear them a little. Love the style and the color. The taupe is beautiful - not too dark and not too light. Looks great with skinny jeans. A perfect boot for fall.

Cute and comfy. I purchased the Carmel nubuck color. Amazingly soft leather. Great for dancing. Compliments first time I wore them.

Love these boots! Look and feel great and are surprisingly lighter than other boots that I have.
