Love this style, I'm typically an 8.5, these fit true to size. Initially getting your foot into the shoe can be tricky, it definitely takes about a 2-week break-in period because the leather is very firm when you first get them. At first, it was very hard to get my foot in and out, and I don't have a big/wide foot at all. Once you break them it's totally worth it. The small heel gives it a little dressier style too. I personally found these more comfortable than the blundestone boots without a small heel.

these babies are SNUUUGGGGG! i wear and 8 1/2 with average width and these boots were mostly true to size, just a teensy bit short on my bigger foot (you know you have one bigger than the other too) and super narrow throughout. it's a struggle to get these things on and off. once they're on though they're awesome. i feel as though once they stretch to my foot they'll be a little more comfy, and for the most part they are. part of me thinks a half size up would be better, but only for one foot. they look hella cute, and for the price i'm happy. i've spent an entire day walking around and didn't have achy feet. they do dig into my lower calf and i got tender areas but no bruises, as other people reported. that's diminishing the more i wear them.

The boot was too large and, yes, I did order a 1/2 size larger as recommended for extra width. It was hard to slip on and good support but not soft enough in the foot bed. I may try again—?

I found I needed a full size larger than my usual 8. I couldn't get my foot in it. I got the size 9.5, and they fit very well. The toe box is nice and roomy. I'm replacing a pair of well worn Bogs, which I loved. Unfortunately, they discontinued the style. These are very close to them.

In my first week of wearing them, I’ve walked in rain, slow, and slush for at least a few miles each day and I can now say that they feel well made and they feel true to size and width. I also walked past many women wearing Blundstones on this fall NYC day and imo, these are the best looking. The first day I wore these though, they were hell to put on (thank goodness for those tabs) and heller to pull off. It’s still an upper body workout to get them off, but I can tell they are softening up. Other than this, my only gripe is that the flat part of the footbed is short, so I’ve gotten some discomfort there while walking. All in all, a versatile, quality boot.

These are very nice boots, but they are a strange height and cut off my ankles, rendering me unable to wear them with cropped or boyfriend jeans. The reason I gave them 4 stars is that, for the price, they are not as versatile as other Blundstone boots.

Hooray!More feminine and super functional Blundstone boots: exactly what I expected. Just like other reviewers have mentioned, I have been dealing with some pain in the Achille's tendon region due to rubbing of the brand new, still a bit stiff boots. No other problem to report.

I bought my usual size in boots and they fit perfectly. I didn't keep them, however, because they lacked the Blunstone comfort and width of their other boots. There was nothing special about these that you couldn't get from another brand's heeled chelsea boot without paying a premium for the Blundstone brand.

I am a solid size 8 in just about every brand, and these boots were comical to try to pull on and off, even with my narrow feet. The opening is super small, but once my feet were squeezed in, they fit perfectly -- without socks. Lol. Size up! On the plus side, the high quality was apparent, I can tell they will be very comfortable once I get the right size, and they are cuter than standard winter boots, if a little clunky. Will definitely be ordering the 8.5.

For my comfort, I would size up at least half a size just to get my foot into the shoe. When it’s actually in, it feels secure, but it’s a pain to remove.

The material (leather and sole) on the boots I received seemed old. So I checked the manufacturing date on the sole and box. It says June 2019! So I checked the other pair I ordered in a different size, and it says 2020. At this price, I can't take a risk on nearly 4-year-old boots, so will return them. Cute style though!

I'd love to own a pair of these but I've tried a number of sizes/styles and they just aren't for me. bummer.

Loved the look of these boots, but could barely get them on. I purchased my usual Blundstone size, but found the shape of these to be way more fitted and had to size up.

I love the look of these boots but they are too hard to get on and off so I know I would never reach for them in my closet

Fit and size is good, leather somewhat stiff and the opening too narrow and either not cut high enough or low enough. For me, the edges of the opening were too narrow and cut and rubbed against my skin too much. The sides cut and rubbed just under the ankle bone and when you walk, the back and front rubbed too much on my skin. I could tell I'd have sores after wearing for a day and if I didn't wear socks. I like not having to wear socks all the time. Cute style though. Had to send them back.

For almost $200 i wanted these to be a lot nicer than they were. They felt cheap and looked cheap (materials-wise, style-wise they look cool). Maybe as they break in the leather takes on a more supple/natural quality but out of the box they look fake, like Chinese knockoffs. They were a little big on me (wide even with thick socks) but i think a 6.5 would fit. I might exchange for a 6.5 buuut I also might just look at other brands. I am just looking to upgrade from Dr Martens which are also super disappointing in quality nowadays.

I already own two pairs of Blunstone boots and felt comfortable ordering these in a style I don’t have. I ordered a half size larger to accommodate heavier socks for winter. I’m disappointed. They feel narrow (even with light weight socks) and they are extremely difficult to get on. My other Blundstones are easy. I’m going to keep them because I like the style. I’m hoping they stretch out or I may take them to a shoe shop and see if they can stretch them.

It was a nightmare to even get these on my feet. They were comfortable once on, but I don't want to have to use all my might to shove them on each day, so I returned them.

I’ve been eyeing Blundstone boots for a while. I really wanted to love this shoe! It is beautiful and well made. However, it was difficult to get my foot past the elastic panels. When I finally did, I found the fit to be a little long and narrow. Sadly, I returned them.

If you are looking to invest in Blundstones, I suggest you go for the popular classic ones like the original 500 or 550. These boots are no doubt very elegant. I loved the way they looked and the heels where comfortable and shock absorbing, also they didn't make a sound as you walked which I personally liked. Once I managed to get my feet in the shoe they were true to size. I have fairly wide feet and skinny ankles and I have to admit these boots have very narrow opening that does not make getting in and out of these boots easy. My main issue was the way the boots were pushing on the back of my ankle, and didn't seem there's much hope for that issue to be resolved once the boots break-in. It was not easy to let go of these beautiful boots, but eventually I decided to return them. I like to be able to were my shoes every day and can't convince myself to pay this much for something I would were occasionally due to discomfort caused by it's narrow opening.

These were like ski boots. Super hard to get into but supportive while wearing and fantastic to take off.

I will admit I have a hard foot to fit - high arches and a bit wide. I was looking for a sturdy, comfortable, weatherproof boot for winter. Despite the pull tabs, this boot was extremely hard to get onto my foot. It did not slip on easily. Once it was on, it felt very tight, both at my arch and at the toe. I can’t really comment on the comfort/walkability because I didn’t even get that far.

Yikes! The top of the boot is so narrow that I had to force my foot in, making me question whether the elastic on the opening would hold up. I have narrowish feet, and have never tried on a boot that was so difficult to get on. Once I got the boot on, I found it to be way too tight across the top, and no arch support at all. None. These would be terrible for walking around, I'm sure. I bought a 3.5 (6.5 US) which is what fits me in all other Blundstone boots, but this one...no go.
