I got these a month ago. I am very happy with these boots. They are well constructed, comfortable, and I appreciate their effort to be a good fit. I am an 8.5 US (women's) in almost all brands but glad I did my research for these. Australian (or Blundstone?) sizes are different so the half sizes just mean wider, not longer. The 6 with the included insert fit perfectly. I bet the 5.5 (the size according to LL Bean website guide) would have been too short and too wide. The leather is quality but starts off stiff and needed breaking in. I wear long socks with them and got blisters on my heels my first use because I was walking all day. Once broken in, they are beautiful and incredibly versatile. I have worn them to the office a couple times, to yard work, and tons of places in between. I hope to enjoy these for many years, as other reviewers have.

Very pleased with the comfort and looks of this boot. Definitely pay attention to the difference betwee US and Aussie sizes. The Aussie 12 fit my US 13 feet well.

Very with the quality, style and comfort of these shoes! I followed the sizing chart guidelines from blundstone where you trace your foot on a piece of paper and measure it to find your size. It was accurate! I usually were an US 8.5 but ordered the US 9 and am happy with how it fits. Definitely err on the side of roomier since you'll want to wear wool socks with these! I used bean boot guard polish on them and they look awesome and are very waterproof. You can tell they will last a long time. Worth every penny!

I gave these as a gift for my 80 year old uncle who needed boots. He has a size 6 foot and since these use Australian sizing I was thankful someone pointed that out. My uncle was genuinely excited about the look and fit of these. He said they were warm and comfortable. He was very impressed that he could get a good fit in such a high quality boot. He also mentioned they did not need any breaking in and he was able to wear them right out of the box with no problem. I'm grateful to the LL Bean rep who helped me with my order. Thank you!

I purchased these for travel abroad when I knew I would be walking a lot. I first treated them with LL Bean boot guard and then wore them a few hours a day for two weeks before traveling. They worked perfectly on the trip. We arranged 5 miles a day of walking through the streets of Germany and France in misty, cold conditions. They looked great on for day walks and dressed up with skirt and tights for dinner. Absolutely the most perfect boot for travel - and everything else! So glad I spent the extra money!

Sturdy fit without feeling like I'm clobbering around. The fit on these was slightly wider than the one with the heel, and even though my feet are narrow, this fit was better. Comfortable and a good investment. Have been using for yard work, walking the dog, and general errands. Seems like a good utility boot.

Love these bootsneeded to go 1/2 size up because of bunion issue. Wish I'd bought them sooner!

These are my second pair of Blundstones. I absolutely love them! With this second pair, I used the provided extra liner to help them fit a little better. Blundstone explains that no two feet are alike, nor are any two shoes made exactly the same. The inserts work great! My feet tend to be a little wider and these boots afford plenty of room for my toes even with the use of the inserts. I have had my first pair for 2 years and the sole has almost no signs of wear. I love so much about these boots! They are great for everyday wear or traversing out on the trails. The tabs are so nice to just slide them on your feet. Good in dry, wet or snowy conditions. Stylish too!
