I bought a pair of these boots two years ago in a Skechers store. The pair I ordered in the same size is very narrow and short, making them unwearable. I'm very disappointed because I love my older pair.

Loved the style and ease of wear, but the toe area was tight and smaller than same style Skecher boots I bought last year, and there was less cushioning under foot and especially heel area.

The don't fit over the heel of either foot.

I have a pair of these boots from about 3 years ago. They are much heavier and the inside cushion is much better than this year. It may be that others prefer this lighter version, but I went back to wearing my old Skechers which have more cushion even 3 years later!

Horrible quality! I got two pairs, one brown which it was great! And one black which was horrible! The fur was almost non existent. Called customer service and he was rude and not willing to help. Returned the item, waiting for my refund!!

Not true to size. Very loose on the heel. Could not walk any long distance in them.

Normally I wouldn't dream of buying shoes without the chance to try them on. But I was so fed up of trailing round the shops and took a chance. It worked.
