I have a pair that I bought 1 year ago. They were extremely comfortable. This new pair is not comfortable. Was there a change made.

The 11 felt a little short in length. My big toe touched the end. I'm not sure about the quality of the suede it's very rough, stiff.
Not the same quality as the Dazzlings of a few years ago

It looks good, until you walk around in it, then the sides flare out, making it look wider than it should be.

I loved this boot, I bought it a couple of years ago. I have neuropathy so I lived in them for the winter. I was all set to buy another pair last year and you changed the cut. Suddenly my toes were cramped. I couldn't buy them. I tried again this year to try them on and it is the same cut as last year. I wish you could bring back the cut from 2 years ago. Thank you

I have a narrow foot with an even narrower heel. "One width fits all" doesn't work for me. Shoes are lose so I wear thick sox.

I need these for a winter trip. I didn't want to spend a ton of money, for me to wear for one week. They are a little narrow, but I left them on for about an hour, walked around my house, and I think they will stretch out a bit. Warm and toasty. I hope they are waterproof!!

My office does not have a strict dress code so I will get a lot of use out of them. For the price, I just wish they had more padding and support like the boots I purchased from Skechers three years ago.

These fit true to size, even a bit large for socks, and they would have been perfect for cold weather, but the problem is arch support - it's built in, so I over-supinate badly in these. If you have bad knees and supinate, these will not work for you, as they push your foot up and out to the sides of the shoes. Too bad, as I usually wear Bikers, but couldn't find a winter style I liked in those.

Shoe fit fine, very comfortable foot bed but they look more like a snow boot with the rubber look sole. These would be great in wet/snowy weather. Zappos as always is great, they arrived day after ordering!

I purchased this boot in the same size (8M) which fits quite well in a sneaker style skecher shoe, however the 8M in this boot was quite a bit too large. So I returned it.

This is very similar to the previous Chugga boot, which in my view was fantastic - I have 2 pairs of those, but this one is not the same sizing unfortunately. Much wider at the back - rubbing up and down as you walk causing blisters to begin with. Shame

I bought these in a dark brown. The size is ok but have worn it once and it is not comfortable to go shopping in. It does not have much cushion and is very stiff feeling. I have another brand bought at Belk's that were comfortable from day 1. Very disappointing.

The size is okay , The boot itself looks cheap. The quality is lacking. Boots really
require an additional insole for comfort. I will be using these boots for slippers. I will try
to enjoy my investment that way.
