I loved this boot . I have them in 2 diffrent sizes 10w and 10ww, the sizing is uneven. In regular shoes I wear a 91/2 w. I find this boot to be just right for me. It's comfortable and attractive. I love the way it looks with my pants. The heel is just the right size for me. I am 80yrs old and like to look current in my clothes. Try them you will like them.

I ordered a 9.5 Narrow in this shoe , it is a beautiful shoe . I wear a 9.5 Narrow . The front and sides seem to fit perfect , a little snug but comfortable . The problem was very loose in the Ankle and Heal . unfortunately I had to return the Shoes.

Very comfortable bootie. I don’t like to spend this much on shoes but I have had very good experiences with Munro and these were no exception. I can walk in the City all day in these. I’m usually a 6.5W or 7W but in these I needed the 7W and can wear socks if needed.

These shoes fit very nicely and proved to be very comfortable. I ordered them because I was attending a 2-day conference and knew I would be on my feet all day. They were very comfortable and my feet and legs weren't achey at all by the end of the day. I love this brand, but wish they were less expensive.

I love the style and heel of this bootie. I normally wear flat boots but needed a little heel for a pair of dress pants. I normally wear an 8.5 or 9 medium but I needed an 8.5 wide in this shoe. They are comfortable and stylish.

Beautiful shoe however the WW is not wider then regular width.

This is the second pair of Munro's that seem to be built on the same last, or at least the same sole shape, the other being the bootie Alfie. They are the best looking shoes with their clean lines and details like the crossover elastic gore on the Francee, and the slight gather at the ankle of the Alfie. But the toe box is too narrow for me, even in the WW width. I think for the WW width, they'd need to sacrifice some of the tapered toe, which would change the look, certainly, but would make them possible to wear. I felt like Cinderella's step-sisters, I tried so hard to make these work. Alas, no.....

Rub my right foot and felt a little short

Third times the charm. Ordered these in my usual 7.5, but they were too big and slipped off when I walked. Tried the 7 regular, and they were too tight/narrow. Finally, ordered the 7 wide, and they feel great. Super comfortable so far and really chic.

Loved them online and even more so once on my feet. Very comfy and stylish.

Wanted to love but runs so small. I could tell they would be very comfortable if they fit properly and we’re pretty cute for a comfortable shoe. My feet are pretty narrow so it’s unusual that shoes are too narrow for me. Size up and you may have a winner.

Love the color (navy) and design of this shoe. The heel is what attracted me. I normally wear a size 10M but ordered a 10 1/2......Munro runs short. Fit and comfort are perfect.

I ordered these shoes in a 7.5WW. I normally wear a 7WW but sometimes Munro shoes fit a bit small—-that was not the case with these. They were definitely too long but also too narrow, so they will be going back. Interesting concept, having all that elastic on the top of the shoe; unfortunately it didn’t help the fit of this shoe for me.

agreed; shoe does run narrow but sloppy in the heel. unusual for me as I have very wide heels and feet. Note the water resistant suede DOES still have shiny marks if brushed against such as removing shoe with a sock foot. Not very thick suede if it does this, unsure the quality --very great design of the shoe. please consider leather fabrication I would buy that in several colors.

Very disappointed with Munro shoes...they seem to have made them much much smaller than before.

Munro narrow is very narrow. I forget when I order to go a half size up and order the regular width. I loved these shoes but need to return. They are just too tight and I'm usually AA or AAA. I'm going to see if if they have a different size available and give them a try.

If you have hard to fit feet, like bunions, this is the shoe for you! I bought a pair. And a week later ordered another. Heavenly comfort and great looking too.

These shoes are perfect. Had to get a wide to accommodate my foot after surgery and needed extra comfort for a dress show. So happy I gave them a try. Ordered a second color!

This shoe is beautiful and very comfortable. I bought the navy color.

Beautiful shoe but I returned them because I was afraid I could not keep the suede looking great.

I ordered narrows. I have a slightly wider foot near the toes and a skinny heel. (I think I've worn my Berks too much ;-)). Too small in the toes and too big in the heel. Nice looking shoe though. The length was correct.

Unfortunately I had to return these beautiful shoes. They were just too tight on my forefoot. I normally wear 8N. I tried to reorder in the 8M but not available. Im so sad. Zappos is so wonderful!

Style is similar to another pricier comfort shoe. Navy color is very true, but the "suede" is more like a sueded cotton or acrylic blend. Shoe seems to run 1/2 size small.
