I am a frequent buyer of Munro shoes...like I probably have 10 pairs in different colors and styles and I LOVE them. I always wear a size 6 1/2 W which fits perfectly. I was very excited to order these booties because the dark navy is a great shade and hard to find and the style could be dressed up or down. When I put them on in my usual size, they were actually painful to walk in. They felt short and narrow. So I returned them and ordered the 7 WW which I thought would be perfect. It turns out the length was better but the width was still too narrow. But the worst part was that the way my foot fit in the shoe, all my weight was focused on the big toe joints on the balls of my feet. It was so painful I literally couldn't walk. I have no idea what the deal is with these shoes but they clearly are not for me. Very disappointed since I''ve never had this problem with any other shoes ever. They're just made weirdly. Buyer beware.

I wanted to love these as I have had great luck with this brand. Although I did like the fit around the ankle my foot would slide in the shoe.

I love these boots; they fit well and are very comfortable. I have a brown pair and because I've been so pleased with those, I decided to order a pair in black. What a disappointment! The boots fit great but the suede looked as if it had been rubbed in several places, especially on the heels. I hate to send them back but I'm not going to spend this amount on money on shoes that look secondhand.

This is my second pair of Munro Francee. The first are black and now the second blue (blue suede shoes in honor of Elvis). I can walk all day in these shoes without discomfort. They look good whether I'm in jeans or dress. As a former sufferer of plantar fasciitis I am very careful about fit and these shoes have good support.

I so wanted these to fit - and they do! Love the navy suede. A little snug but not too bad where its uncomfortable in the toe box; and a little loose at the ankle but these will work for me!

Felt comfortable but narrow. I probably could have worn a wide, but decided it wasn't dressy enough for what I wanted.

I loved the look and style of these shoes. And I love Zappos. Selection, Immediate Deliver! However, these shoes were uncomfortable. I wear a 5 and sometimes a 4.5. My toes were crushed. The shoe felt tight. Also noticed that the tip of the shoes seemed scuffed when received.

This is a beautiful shoe. The medium width felt extremely narrow to me. If this shoe came in a wider width, I am sure it would be favorite. Since it doesn't, I have to return it.

I ordered a 10 because a different Munro shoe I ordered in a 9 1/2 was too small. As it turned out, I should have ordered a 9 1/2.

Looks great, but Im looking for a very stable shoe and this heel isn't.

I have a very narrow foot and Munro shoes usually fit better than most. I own two pairs of this style and have found the narrow width fits great in the toe box but is a little loose in the heel. I wish it had been available in leather instead of the suede which seem a little fragile!

Note that I am a tough reviewer so 4 stars is a good rating. I purchased both the Munro Francee and the Naot Lucente. The Francee is decidedly the more comfortable and the more stylish of the two. Interestingly, both the Francee and the Lucente began squeaking the first day wearing them to work. I typically wear a 7.5 in flat shoes and an 8 in boots, and the 8 fit me in both the Francee and the Lucente. I do not have wide feet, and the medium width is snug, but not uncomfortably so. For ease of slipping on, the heel is a touch wider, but still stays on when I walk. I would buy the Francee again.

Absolutely beautiful and would have LOVED to keep them. Alas, the elastic across the top of my foot was too tight and they also were just slightly too small; I don't think 1/2 size bigger would have helped, I think it's the style. But gorgeous shoe, well made.

Lovely bootie. Fit and size were fine. However, it appears that these shoes had been worn. They arrived in a repackaged box and the suede on either side of the heels and the suede on the back of the heels was scuffed up. disappointed mohave to return.

Felt a bit tight, but did not care for the style, the elastic part doesn’t fare well with the look. It would have been better had they just incorporated the look into one.

The style is terrific. However, with my wider heel, due to surgery, I could not get my foot fully into the shoe. If I had been successful, I probably wouldn't have kept them anyway as they definitely had the appearance of having been worn--many times. There were several scuff marks.
