The left shoe fit great. The right shoe was very tight. I have worn them and it seems to be stretching out. My mother decided she liked them and ordered a pair and the LEFT shoe was unbearably tight and the right shoe was fine. She ordered a second pair hoping it would be better and the left shoe was so tight, she couldn't even get it on her foot. WOW. What's up?? Aside from this big problem, they are a beautiful boot, not sure how they hold up in rain yet.

I wanted to like this shoe so badly. It had all the features I was looking for to wear for rainy weather. WATERPROOF, comfortable insole, leather and black, Chelsea boot, and not a typical rainboot. However it did not look good on. It looked very manly and large on me even though the fit was good. I’m normally a 7 or 7.5 and I purchased a 7. It also curved up weirdly by the toes and that didn’t help its look either. I was trying to make it work but I finally decided to return it. Wish the style was better. I’ll keep searching.

Quality leather, length spot on but runs narrow that hurts tops of feet. Ankle not as snug as would like, and I have average ankles. There is some inside cushioning "spots" (raised tiny areas) but I didn't feel supported like I do with some other brands. My feet were hurting from trying on … not a good sign so back they go. Too bad as love the look and stylish. May work better for women with narrow feet and wider ankles.

These boots are sooooo stylish and cute, but the fit was a deal breaker for me. I have normal width feet and these boots were too narrow in the middle of the foot area yet my heel slipped badly in the heel. I tried a half size smaller to see if it helped with the heel slipping but it was just too small all over and still far too narrow. It's such a shame because they are so cute for a low heeled boot. Usually low heeled boots can look clunky and frumpy but not these. The grey suede is beautiful and on trend. They were very comfortable at the top edge of the boot meaning they did not rub my shins at all even wearing ankle pants. I sent them back. I'm hoping the manufacturer will just fix the fit next year so I could buy them next year.

Boots are very cute and well made. They seem like they would be comfortable also, if I can get the correct fit. I note that other reviews indicate they tend to run narrow - agreed. I am not sure they would fit even I try a larger size. Additionally, one of the boots seems to have a darker area on the toe that makes me wonder whether it got wet (supposed to be waterproof) or was sprayed and got discolored. Will return.

I am a new Sofft believer and have acquired several pairs over the last year. These are as comfortable as I've come to expect, but the style was a bit clunky. The toe turns up, giving kind of a cowboy boot look. The waterproof leather is thick, as is the sole. For a very casual all weather boot this probably fits the bill.

Loved the look of the shoe. Perfect style for what I was looking for, which was a low bootie for jeans and daily wear. Was comfortable for walking around when thinking about heel height and flex in the shoe and padding inside. The shoe was just too small... I had to wear my thinnest socks, and even then the heel was too narrow. If I go up a size (I don't have any other size 9 shoes in my closet, so seems unusual), the toe box will be overly long. Nice leather, nice details, just not nice for my foot.

These were true to size (I'm generally a 10 in everything, and I was a 10 in these), and looked absolutely awesome. They would have been perfect, except for the arch support cookie - it stuck into the bottom of my foot and I felt like I was walking on a lump all the time. If only the insole had been removable, I could have put my own in and I would have had a winner. I guess Sofft shoes are just not for me...

These are REALLY cute but the fit is weird and they are very squeaky when walking. 7 is a bit too big, 6.5 is a bit too small. The army green color is great and I really wanted to love them, but they just are not comfortable. Sadly, I returned both pairs.

These boot are super stylish. The green suede is beautiful and I just knew they would be great so already had decided that I would order a second pair in the grey ... until I tried the green ones on. I wanted so very badly to love them BUT the sizing is really weird. Normally, I wear a 7 in boots but the 7 was a bit too long and also loose in the heal so it felt sloppy. They seemed ok with a sock but I rarely wear socks and I knew the suede would stretch so they would only get more sloppy. I decided to exchange them for a 6.5 but those were just too tight all over. I have a narrow foot but they seemed a bit on the extra narrow side. Maybe they would be ok after some time to break in but I only wear shoes that are comfy right out of the box. That's why I buy shoes from Sofft, Born etc and I expect instant comfort from the brand. If there was a size 6 3/4 it would probably be perfect but unfortunately since that's not a reality they have to go back. Sad.

I would have loved a little more arch support although it does have some! otherwise what a great shoe! very soft and durable!

Could not even get my foot into it - returning.

Style is nice; comfort good. TTS. But after 2 days normal wear, there is a crack on the outer part of one sole. And a piece of the heel came loose. The heel's meant to look one material but it's faux and it shows now. Bought them bc good price for waterproof boots, but will not buy brand again if this is quality level. Poor for a purchase that should last years.

My feet: flat, narrow heel, very low instep (low volume), skinny ankles. Pretty much duck feet. My foot swam in these and I find this style a bit too masculine but if you like this style and have a regular foot it's a solid choice.

Within a few months they developed a strange rattle in the heel. Hoping to return or get a replacement pair from Zappos.

I wear a 9 med. Even with quite a thick sock, my foot felt like it was sloshing around inside the shoe. I hate to return it but it just doesn't fit.

Other comments are right. I have a narrow foot and this was SO tight across the top of the boot. Such a shame because they are SO cute!

I wanted to love these, because they're so cute and waterproof! But the leather/suede felt very stiff with little give to it. And my toes were right at the end and felt cramped. I could tell I would get blisters within 20 min of wearing :(

I wanted to love this boat but it’s narrow even for my normal width size , I’m going to return it :(

I bought 2 pairs of these boots. Terrible. Sizing way off at least by 1 size and run narrow. I had high hopes for these boots, but NO, I can not recommend this boot. I don't even want to try and find the right size. Too much trouble.
