I really wanted to like this shoe because I like the style and they seemed like a practical choice for the wet Pacific NW and for travel. But after wearing them around the house for a couple of hours, the balls of my feet started to hurt and the lack of arch support was causing pain elsewhere. I'd already exchanged the first pair I bought in my usual size 9M, for a 9.5M. At first the larger shoe seemed OK, but now not so much. I am sad to return them but I have no other choice :(

They fit really small on me and feel like cardboard. Shame because the olive green suede is so cute, and I love the round toe.

These boots were very well made and fit true to size for me. I have been having trouble with my left foot, and even some comfort shoes were hurting. This boot has a small heel, and feels similar to years of wearing a cowboy boot. They are very versatile to wear with many outfits, and being waterproof is over the top.

I love these boots! They are comfortable, stylish, and functional. I love that they are also fully waterproofed so you can wear them in all kinds of weather.

I guess I keep getting lucky with Sofft boots - despite the comments about inconsistent sizing and these being too snug, I keep buying a 7.5 in different Sofft boot styles and they all fit perfectly. I’m a big fan of these. My foot measures as regular width although just barely and I also wear a size 7.5 in Frye and Born boots, for reference. I have a narrow heel and I use heel grips in all of my boots, but these didn’t really need them.

I always choose wide fit, but I liked the style so much I tried the medium in 7.5 & 8. This style has no wide fit, only medium. Both sizes felt tight against my bunion on left foot & small toe bone. Otherwise, I loved the style.

These boots are very cute and do seem to be water resistant. I wouldn't walk through puddles in them, but they were fine walking through the rain yesterday during my errands. I had hoped they would feel a bit more cushy under foot, and will just have to see how my feet feel after wearing them on a day with a lot more walking. I have plantar fasciitis in both feet and usually find that I need to have a lot of cushioning in my shoes, as well as excellent arch support. The insoles on these boots aren't removable, but I may try to add one of those arch "biscuits" for days when I'm walking a lot more since the arch support is moderate, but not as much as I usually need. I bought these in the brown suede and thought they were cute enough and comfortable enough to come back and order them in black, though.

Really comfortable right out of the box. I love the rubber sole and heel, it's quiet when you walk!

I bought these a half-size larger than my normal size because I wanted to wear heavy socks with them -- and they're great. Very comfortable and attractive.

Love these! Perfectly comfortable right out the box. The fact that I can wear them in the rain is a great bonus! I will buy these in black too now.

After returning another pair of black booties, I thought I'd try this pair because they are 1) cute 2) waterproof 3) cute. I'm so glad I did because these have now become my favorite pair of booties. They are comfortable, fit well, well made, great heel height, and go great with jeans, leggings, whatever!

These fit great out of the box, very true to size. However, there's this weird "saddle" (I don't know what else to call it) across the front of the boot that just kills the style. I'm guessing this might have something to do with the waterproofing, but it's just not very nice looking. These are going back, and I'll be keeping a boot with a more classic, streamlined style.

Overall, a great, comfortable every day, all-day bootie. The bed wasn't as cushy-soft as I expected, but I might have been expecting too much. I wear a lot of soft sole shoes and hoped these would be just like them. Except they are a hard bottom shoe, however - they are comfortable!! I expect to wear these for long days/nights out - so that's a PLUS! What really helps is the lower heel. I have a wide toe box from injuries and bunions, and these booties have worked out fine - with a thinner sock, since I havent tried to jam my foot in with a thick sock on.

This is a beautiful boot, well constructed and with very nice pebbled leather. I would have love to keep it but...I have a high arch and getting my foot into this took a while, and always ended up with my socks totally scrunched up on my soles. I tried all kinds of wiggling, but to no avail. I SO wanted to keep it! As for size, I'm usually a 9 in boots and 8 1/2 in other shoes, and an 8 1/2 here was perfect. I have a narrowish foot and this was perfect. Darn!

these boots are so nice. The only problem is there is a little cushion that sits near the ball of my foot and it bothers me. Too bad. Otherwise perfect.

These are light weight, stylish and comfortable. They required 0 breaking in time. I was able to wear them on a trip out of the box and they were very comfortable. They have great cushioning inside as well. I haven't tested the waterproofing yet but they seem well made so I think they will hold up.

I have a high instep, and a sensitive big toe, so I was hoping these would work, and they do! Roomy enough for a medium weight sock too if I want. Love the leather and the look, especially with jeans and a nice sweater. I liked them so much I ordered another pair in brown suede. Right now I have the black, and I did order up 1/2 size to a 9. My feet have been liking the bigger size of late.

These fit me well in my usual size 8.5. I did not need a wide width in this style as I sometimes do for a slight bunion on my right foot. I purchased them in black. The leather is sturdy but soft enough for comfort and I believe they will form to my foot nicely after a little more wear. I wore them for a long evening with no heel rubbing or pressure points. Highly recommend them, stylish and waterproof as well.

Love this boot! I’m a size 9M 98% of the time. I got a size 9M and it fits really well. Ample room toe to heel. It’s got a nice cushioned footbed. I got the black leather. I love the fact this boot is waterproof. Other places sell this boot for $140 so getting it for $ 99 is a bonus. I’m looking forward to wearing this boot fall and into winter.
