Size and color were perfect but their is a problem on one boot in the structure between the inside and the outside. I have the area marked on the photo. There is an area of hard internal support that should be curved as it is on the other boot. Instead, the support in this area comes to a sharp point. This didn’t become apparent until I was wearing them on a long walk so I didn’t feel I could return them.

Love that they are easy to get on and off, very warm, and comfortable, and water-proof! As I have a high arch, a slip on boot does not work . The zipper is easy to get up and down, (make sure to not get the inner cloth caught in it). Excellent choice for those who do not want to bother to tie/untie laces :-)

I wore these boots right out of the box as it happened to be the evening of a rain/sleet storm. They are super lightweight and feel fabulous. Soft and cozy but light, so many boots I've tried are clunky and feel like I have weights on my feet. They are good for my purposes, I just needed something waterproof to walk the dog around the neighborhood and wear running errands and these fit the bill. They are also cute.

I really like these boots. It was cold today and my feet were toasty and comfortable. I run wide so I was happy that my feet had enough room.

Not great, but okay. Finally decided to buy myself some snow boots and I chose the least expensive ones with a high review rating. They are a little ugly (but who really cares, they're snow boots). I got my normal size, (37/6.5) and they felt huge, especially in the ankle and calf like all the snow in the world would fall in from the top if I was out playing with the kids. The foot felt like wearing old worn in slippers that had lost most of the arch support. Still comfortable, but for occasional wear rather than long hikes (my plan). I guess I will suck it up and pay more for really high quality.

As many have reported, the heel is very wide. I wore an extra pair of socks and that fixed the problem. These are warm and fared well in moderately deep snow, keeping my feet dry. I wish these came in a taller version so they could be worn in deep snow.

Bought these boots for next season. My foot is wide, so I took out the inserts, and they're comfortable.

The hard support structure that is in the left boot - as another reviewer has mentioned - is a real problem. One boot is very comfortable and the other one hurts, so I couldn’t keep these and had to return them

I love these boots. They are very warm and comfortable. Don't even need a thick sock. I would get half smaller. But its ok.

I ordered three pairs of boots in the hopes that one would fit. Not only did these fit, they are very cute on the foot and have great arch support. They zip up which makes getting them on and off extremely easy. I ordered a half size up from what I normally order and these fit great even with a heavy sock on. I still have some extra room which I prefer when wearing boots. I could’ve probably ordered half size down in my actual size and still been fine. Love the style and they are very warm!

I wear a true 6 and I purchased a true 6. There is enough wiggle room for a pair of wool socks, which is perfect since I don't wear them all day. I purchased these for shoveling the driveway and backup shoes in my vehicle if I get stranded during bad weather. They are attractive, but in bad weather around here you don't get style points, just stay warm and dry.They are easy to take on and off with the zipper on the side, but you do have to be careful not to catch the lining material. Overall, great purchase and I hope I never have to wear them :)

Excellent boot! Normally wear a 9, but in this European sizing, the size 40 is a tiny bit long, yet great with thicker socks. I always add in a thin insole to all boots, and did for this size and so fits perfectly. Comfortable, warm, cozy, stylish. I also bought a size 8--8 1/2 to wear with thinner socks in not so cold weather, and this size fit perfect also, without using a thin insole. Great tread for snow and are very light weight. This Italian brand is new to me, but I prefer over Merrell, Columbia, in all ways!

I am a true 6, medium width. These fit perfectly. I can wear them with one pair of thick socks, if I had wanted to wear two pair of thick socks, I would have ordered a 6.5. These are perfect for shoveling the driveway, which is why I purchased them.

I just got these boots today, seem to be excellent! High quality, comfortable, stylish, stable for ice/snow, lightweight, fits very well with one normal pair socks, also room for thicker one w/o loss of comfort. Tried all of the quality name brands, and they did not work, too clunky, too much rubber, no comfort, etc. Wish had found these years ago as am particular with my boots.

Received these boots yesterday and love them! Really comfortable, like wearing slippers. My normal size, 9-1/2 -10, fits well with thicker socks. Lacing up my hiking boots to take our dog out in slippery winter weather was becoming really tedious. I was looking for a zip waterproof boot that goes on fast and could handle low end ice cleats. I leave them unzipped about 3/4" inch so I can pull them on, which is even better. (The zipper does get caught in the material) Not substantial enough for long hiking days or rugged terrain, but for casual use, walking around the neighborhood, doing errands, they fit the bill. Hoping they'll hold up through our long winters here. Thanks as always to Zappos for their terrific customer service. Great company.

I typically wear size 37 or 38 in Dansko's (in the shoes 37 and clogs 38) and size 7.5-8 in regular shoes so I ordered the 38. It is *just right* with athletic socks. Would have appreciated a wee bit longer in the length! Very warm and comfortable though and I like the style. Wish it were even taller! LOVE that there are no animal products involved!

I really liked this boot but it wasn't wide enough for me. I was going to order the next size up, but they were out of the color I wanted. So I had to return them.

Overall great, Shoe fits well, has great comfort. I really enjoy this purchase.

These fit me! I've been trying to buy winter shoes and boots for months. I finally got the perfect boot, comfortable with a zipper on the side so that they fit my narrow ankles.

The material is like the sail on a boat but they keep my feet very warm. I had enough room in them to put my own orthotic insert with a higher arch which I needed. We live up in the mtns of VA and we've had some moderate winter weather with temps in the teens, wind, snow, ice, etc! I have been wearing them out every day to care for our homestead and animals and they are holding up just great. I love that they're easy to get on and off; who has time to fool with laces? You have to be careful not to let the material get caught in zippers as they tend to. I am very happy with these boots and I'm so glad I got them!

Overall a cute functional snow boot. I was looking for something quick to put on for short trips outside, these work great. I wouldn’t wear them for hours on end, and they don’t seem to be super warm, but can be worn barefoot on snowy day errands. Happy with my purchase.

These boots are comfy and warm. They are not the most elegant but then again no snow boot is. The keep my daughter's feet warm. She is very happy with them, and she is rarely happy with footwear.

I absolutely LOVE these boots!!! they are very comfortable and roomy enough for socks, they have great traction( I was shoveling snow and I didn’t slip once) plus the faux fur gives them just the right touch of glam, I highly recommend buying these awesome boots
