cute boots, easy on/off; comfortable with decent support.

warm and comfortable, zipper never snags

Bought them for my mom and she loves them! We just visited the ice castle with this very new boots! Very light, keep my mom’s feet dry & warm. She also love the style, not too flashy for her age & the beautiful fur makes it not too boring too!

I'm going on a trip in December where I will need a good walking boot, with support and warmth. I have looked and tried on a number of boots but liked these the best. Although I've only worn them around the house to be sure they fit and felt good, these are a great choice, very stylish and comfortable.

Felt great can't wait until weather gets cold again to really wear them. Thanks to the associate for all his help with the item.

This was a very comfortable boot the lining would sometimes get stuck in the zipper but once I figured out to push it in and then zip it was not a problem

This is such a comfortable, good looking boot! My feet felt great in them even with hiking. Comfortable enough to stay in them all day long. Very happy with this purchase.

Fit and size are good, I would say these run true to size. These boots are so cute and very comfortable but there is some rigid material at the ankle that you can definitely feel. I was bit concerned at first but after wearing them with heavy socks I really couldn't feel it. be VERY careful with the zippers, though. The liner fabric can easily get caught in the zipper, and it did, the first time I wore these. I will probably just slip them on from now on so I don't ruin the zipper.

I ordered a 39 because this did not come in half sizes and the European sizing usually runs a little smaller. I normally wear a 7.5 and a size 8 in boots would fit. This felt a bit too large. It is nice in that it is lightweight, but I was swimming in it. There was minimal arch support.

I walk dogs and needed the boots to be highly insulated and a bit rugged. These were more fashion boots than for really cold weather dog—walking shoes. They were perfectly nice looking and felt fine, just not what I was looking for to accommodate my activities.

These run 1/2-full size big! Super cute and soft, but could slip on and off without zipper and walked out of heel when walking across the room. Unfortunately they are now completely sold out, so no exchange.

I wear a size 10 in sneakers and boots. I tried the 9.5-10 size and my big toe hit the end of the boot. I ordered a size 11 and it was sloppy loose - even with thick insoles and thick socks. Note: these boots are notorious for catching the lining in the zipper, no matter how careful you are. See photo and compare left side of zipper to right side. Unfortunately, I am returning both pairs because of the sizing issue and lining issue. I will go with a brand that offers individual sizes, not grouped together sizes. I like the book and I like zippers, but if a lace-up fits better, I’ll go with that.

These are cute boots (a bit short for snow boots), but the toe box is a bit narrow. It is uncomfortable enough that these are getting returned.

Ran big. Very lightweight. Cute boot.

Has a zipper that pokes into my leg. I have tried everything to get it to flatten out or smooth out and I gave up.Just a poor design.
