Bought these Born Chelsea boots since neither Blundstone nor Sorels Chelseas fit. Toe box roomy enough and no heel slippage (even with socks). Added my Vionic insoles and voila! H20 proof uppers, simple upper styling both big positives. The only thing that I don’t like is the texture on the outsole sidewalls which makes the boot look less modern.

Great for work and days off. Waterproof, so they work great for winter. I can take a walk in them, and they keep my ankles warm. Good arch support. No break in period. I wear them everyday.

I just received these and will be wearing them to work this week for the first time. I have a difficult time finding boots that are comfortable due to a protruding bone under my ankle bone. These are a tad snug, but because they're leather, with elastic insets, I think they'll stretch just fine. If not, I can easily get them stretched. Other than that, they feel fine. If they're comfortable for a day on my feet, I may order another pair in a different color.

These boots had no break in period. Wish I would have purchased them sooner because they are everything I wanted from a stylish, waterproof boot.

I ordered half size larger than my typical size, which fit well. I was impressed with the fit and rifined appearance of this boot. I think it would be suitable for casual dress in an office setting. In the end I opted for a very similar Chelsea boot from another maker, simply because the leather finish appeared more durable and scuff resistant.

i initially ordered an 8 1/2 in the "osha" but felt the fit was not just right, so i ordered the 8 in the "cove" and they fit perfectly! i also prefer the more rounded toe of the cove. comfy well made boots, very happy with purchase and service. i also purchased the "cross" boots and am equally pleased! love the look of both of these.

I bought these and also tried two styles of Doc Martens which were SO much more uncomfortable and stiff!! These were easy to get on, comfortable from day one, not too bulky (can pass for a less-rugged style since toe is not too rounded) and fit perfectly. My feet are average and a 9 was a 9 (women). Really love these, so only if they fall apart (which recently happened to me with another pair of boots) will I be disappointed.

These are great all around boots. Hiking, working, dressing up, you name it and these will be the perfect fit! They do run a bit long compared to other boots so try a half size down.

Shoes are very comfortable right out of the box. I wore them for hours the first time in snowy and cold Utah. Easy to get on and off. Love them

I generally wear a 6.5, but already know that I wear a 7 in Born. I'd been looking for a simple classic Chelsea Boot. What a bonus to find a pair that Born makes! These are comfortable to wear all day, right out of the box. And so cute with jeans. Perfect for date night or business casual at the office.

These boots are everything I was looking for— comfortable, stylish and weather proof. I’m healing from an ankle injury and was in need of a boot with a low heel and substantial support. I also have flat feet so arch support is everything. I had these delivered right before leaving on a trip and was pleasantly surprised that they didn’t need to be broken in. I even received two compliments on them my first day wearing them out. Would highly recommend!

I love these boots! They feel true to size. The suede is very high quality; it is substantial and has a great texture. I have really high arches, and these felt tight across the top of my foot at first. But after one day of wear I could feel them stretching a bit and molding to my foot. I have been wearing these daily, including in light rain and they’ve held up great. No problems at all with rubbing or pinching. Would recommend!

I love these boots! This shade of gray is perfect -- it IS dark, as shown. The boots are comfy, easy on and off, and with a nice height for the shaft and the heel. They did feel a tiny bit loose in the heel (8.5 M) when I first tried them on, but wearing thicker socks works for me.

A tiny bit narrow in the toes, but feels like the leather is going to stretch out. Great shoes overall.

I put these shoes/boots on and wore them all day. they are so very comfortable and I love them. Not only are they stylish and graceful but sturdy too and well made. thank you Zappos. I will be back.

Love these and to me, much nice looking than those in black leather. Extremely comfortable although they are heavy. No zipper but with a good tug, they are not difficult to put on.

I wear between a size 7.5-8. I ordered these in a size 8. I have worn these often with a medium weight sock. They are easy on/easy off and have been comfortable for walking and standing.

Really nice boots. Super comfy out of the box. Dress down or up. Good in slippery weather.

These boots fit perfect right out of the box, like all Born shoes. This brand is my go to for fit and comfort. I bought them for my trip to Prescott Az during winter. They are really warm and I will see about the waterproofing as it is suppose to snow today. My feet do sweat in them though when wearing them in So Cal. as our weather is warmer than Prescott. Love the style and comfort.

I loved these--great style and waterproof but could not get them to fit--tried inserts and thought they would be ok but found they just caused the shoe to fit worse. Had to return. Just too big.

Love these boots!! My only complaint is my socks slide down and end up around my arches inside the boots!! Crazy, I know. So, I'm thinking footie kind of socks. Other than that, they're great and comfortable and I love the green suede!!

Fit was a bit bigger than my usual size 8, but with an added thin inner sole and medium weight socks the boots work well. They are a bit clunky, but ok for outdoors for me, which is my plan since they are waterproof.

I usually wear a 9 but 8.5 worked better in these boots since I like to wear them without socks. I have hallux rigidus and can't tolerate much if any heel. Sole is study without being clunky. These are stylish without making my feet look big. These were very comfortable right out of the box. The suede is soft and does not press on my bunion. I love the dark green suede. Nice neutral and nice change from black and brown.
