These were ordered to replace an old pair of Borns. The fit and support were fine. Unfortunately the leather looked scratched in places, so they had to be sent back.

I love these boots so much. I have owned them for almost two years, and they have been so comfortable since the day I put them on. I will say that they did not prove to be good for walking around NYC on a trip this winter - we did A LOT of walking, on pavement and through museums, and my legs and feet got really sore. However, for regular use, I have found them to be excellent boots. I wear them for work (retail) all through the fall and winter, and they are roomy enough for thick socks. They are warm enough for chilly fall days and light winter outdoor use. They look great with jeans, leggings, and casual skirts and dresses. I would definitely recommend them and would buy them again.

These boots are perfect. Right out of the box, no breaking in, I took them for a 4 week trip to Morocco, Spain and Portugal. They were great. Comfortable, supportive, waterproof in pouring rain, great in the Sahara, excellent on slippery trails, and good looking. Can't say enough.

I love the gray suede. The boots are pretty easy to pull on. They are snug on top of my foot so they don't slide up and down when walking.

Love these boots. I have them in 2 colors. They are extremely comfortable, which is saying a lot since I have all sorts of issues with my feet. There is good support and a good size toe box.

I have now tried 5 different boots and this is the only one that did not aggravate my bunion.

This boot was really comfortable around the house, and I thought it would be a great boot for my auridic feet. However, after wearing them for over an hour, that was not the case. I'm so disappointed these boots did not work out for me.

I have been looking for short boots for a loooong time, and I had a list of requirements that I wanted in order to accommodate my plantar fasciitis and bunions on both feet. I wanted full-grain leather, waterproofing, easy-on, low heel, removable insole, neutral color (not black). I got some of those those things in other brands--including an expensive brand I have been wanting to try forever--but nothing I tried felt as good as this boot from the first minute. There will need to be bunion breaking-in (there always is), but this boot is really awesome. Thank you Born and Zappos!

shoes/boots sizing fluctuates between brands and styles. So, I tend to order "9s" which i did on this one and it fit perfectly. I also have it in a black suede and dark grey suede. I think they are super comfy, i have a somewhat narrow foot, no problem with these in a medium width.

BORN cove is the only born shoe that is really comfortable for me. I have 3 pairs now. My only wish would be it offered in a version that is NOT waterproof. Maybe I'm wrong but the waterproof version tends to be warmer than a regular non waterproof shoe. Non the less, I have the 2 grey versions and the black suede.

Great boots! Comfortable right out of the box, no need to break hem in. Light weight, but warm and good grip on slick surfaces. The color and style are versatile. I’d recommend them to friends.

Broke these in on a long weekend trip in Seattle - lots of walking! They were completely comfortable, no issues with rubbing at all. I did wear ankle socks with them one day on a very uphill walk, and my socks did get pulled down, but crew socks have been fine. Very happy.

Love them! Was looking for a comfortable Chelsea style for work (I work in a park and am on my feet a lot). Had every intention of purchasing Blundstone but they did not fit me well. These are great. I typically wear an 8 and on rare occasions 8.5. I got these in 8 and they fit perfectly! The width is great too. They are comfortable and easy to get on/off. I recommend.

The sizing was spot on and this is an insanely comfortable boot! I wore these to work to see how they felt and ended walking about a mile and a half that day. They're so comfortable! I've never bought a shoe that was this comfortable right out of the box. They take a bit of a tug to get on (there's a handy loop in the back) but they fit nice and snug but not tight. I wear mid weight Bombas socks and my normal size was a perfect fit. I'm getting them in another color :)

Shoe is high quality and looks nice, and is truly water proof but it’s big! In order for it to be the width I need and not have a ton of space above the top of my foot, i have to order a whole size smaller it’s too short for my toes

I'm a true 7.5, and these are true to size. I have a pair of Børn combat boots that I had to size up on, and I wasn't sure about these. But, TTS was perfect! The bone color is stunning, and I can tell these will look great after multiple seasons. I took a gamble and bought them without breaking them in before an international trip. Walked several miles, and they felt great. No blisters, no major scuffs. Of course my feet were tired, but that was from walking and not from sore feet! I have a wider toe box and narrower heels, and these fit great on the wider space. Highly recommend!

Bought these in 2020 as paddock boots to wear around the barn and ride. So comfortable and have worn tremendously well. Want to order another pair. I wear the ones I bought 3-5 times a week to ride and work around the barn in all kinds of weather. They are well made to stand up to the use I have put them through.

I’m a true 7.5 but get an 8 in boots. I’ll only be able to wear really thin socks with these in the 8. They do not run large. I love the grey. Arrived on time and in perfect condition. Comfortable and cute for Spring/ Fall - weatherproof which I needed for Midwest. I highly recommend!

I ordered 3 pairs of Chelsea boots to try. These Born boots were my favorite. They felt like slippers when I put them on. They were soft and comfortable immediately. I wanted something as an upgraded look from my Uggs but not sacrificing comfort. These are perfect! Also the size 6 that Zappos suggested was spot on. I usually go between a 6 and a 6 1/2.

These boots were comfortable from the first time I wore them. Great arch support. I know they’re going to be a favorite.

Looking for a nicely made Chelsea boot for my young adult daughter who has some problems with a bunion and needs proper support, I stumbled across this one. The reviews were especially good for support. I got these for her and she loves them. They are nicely made and give the look she wanted. The style is good too. Maybe 1/2 -1 inch shorter on the ankle than the more fashionable ones. Still they look great and give her what she needs for her foot issues. The price is good too as far as leather Chelsea boots go. This one works great!

Very comfy! I like how the top edge is finished. Makes walking comfortable. Doesn’t rub against my leg if I’m not wearing socks. Stylish waterproof boot

I have a couple of pairs of shoes that are European sizes (no 1/2 sizes) and I should have gone with my instinct. I originally ordered a 8.5 (40 EUR) because I had read these were snug, and assumed they would be snug with my socks. However, I found them to be too large, like other size 40 EUR shoes I have tried. They have a good amount of stretch in the ankle and I can see them loosening up after a few wears. First day I had them on for over 9 hours and had no discomfort at the end of the day. If you have other EUR size shoes, I would stick with the sizing you know fits. The footbed has a good amount of stretch and plenty of room for movement since they have the rounded toe. They feel solid, but not as heavy as Blundstones I have tried and the styling I can dress up a bit more if I wanted because of the leather finish.

Order your normal born size. No break in required. I ordered green suede and I love them. Considering buying a second pair in a different color before this style is gone.
