This bag is great. Very spacious. Good price. Very comfortable

Nicely made and roomy. Love the size! But I am returning it as it does not have a waist belt, which helps distribute the weight.

This backpack is well designed and made for business users or college students. After my son's backpack was broken from normal usage when he was a sophomore, I gave him my 2-year old business backpack (Xenon 3.0) as a replacement since he was in a rush going back to NYC. He also liked it, and now he is a senior student at NYU. If Samsung is listening, it could be improved by using different (lighter) colored interior lining to make it easier for users to find things in its pockets in a darkened conference room.

Backpack is great, but the way you feel it in your back when you carrying it is a little uncomfortable.

I like it. Purchased as a Christmas gift for my husband and I think it's very nicely made while being very functional. I appreciate the labeling within the compartments for efficient organization.

After 1.5 years use the seams in the back started to come open, but I frequently carry multiple 1,000+ pg books and use the backpack every day (or did back in the precedented times). Straps/cushion on back make carrying a heavy load easier. Lots of pockets. Really annoying to clean.

I think this is good enough . It replaced my High Sierra Endeavor XBT which is far superior than this in terms of functionality. I missed a lot of pockets that XBT has.

Stylish, light and tons of storage space. I like the compartments and laptop padding, but it doesn't feel as sturdy as my other, heavier bags. I guess that's a tradeoff for something this light and easy to travel with. I don't huck it around like my military bags, so it's holding up well so far. #sweepstakes

I've had the Xenon 2.0 for many years. It's been a reliable, spacious backpack for all kinds of different occasions and situation, and has performed excellently. However, there are two short-comings: 1) After a few years of steady use, the material boarding the front zipper pocket began to fray; making it difficult to operate the zipper. 2) The side water-bottle pockets currently fit a CamelBak 25-oz bottle with a 3-inch diameter dimension. I'm hoping that the Xenon 3.0 or 4.0 will accommodate a larger bottle; like the 32-oz Wide Mouth Nalgene bottle that has a 3.5-inch diameter dimension.

I bought this while out of town as another brands backpack had finally given up the ghost after 10 years of good service. While the storage is really great it is by far the most uncomfortable back pack I have ever worn . Even with just my laptop in it is almost unbearable. If I could return it I would.

This is my third Xenon backpack. Evertyhing is ok, except the handle, the plastic looks really cheap. Im really disapointed because the handle broken after a month. This never happened with the previous ones I had. PD I usually carry my battery charger, headset, speaker, laser pointer, hard-drive, sunglasses, cap, passport, cell charger and 15" laptop (nothing heavy).

I'm disappointed with the bag so far. While the volume is good and it's large as promised the back support is poor and the bag isn't comfortable to walk around with. My previous Samsonite bag was great and I used it for many years. Unfortunately I can't see myself using this bag for long time.

The top handle on this one looked more reinforced, so I was excited about that, but less than a year into owning it, this handle is about to come off. I use this every day for work, and I'm very careful using this handle (taking it in and out of my car), but it just seems like it wasn't built to last. The zipper of the laptop pocket of this bag is easily opened, so if you run with the bag on, you can experience the absurd thing that the contents inside pour out.

This backpack was ordered on 11/29 to be here for Christmas. It hasn't even been shipped yet.

No quality control. It was a total disappoint to see stitching already came off as I opened the package. Along the zip. It was incorrect, lousy stitch.

Still waiting for someone to write back to me from Samsonite. Zipper comes off everyday!
