Nice and toasty, and well made. Wore these gloves during the overnight portion of a 100 mile ultra marathon that dropped below freezing. The convertible gloves kept finger mobility high, and the magnetics in the glove "hoods" to keep them snapped back, or the gloves to each other, is a fantastic touch.

These mitts are soooo warm. They do run bigger on the size so be prepared for that.

They're fashionable, warm and flexible. They're my 3rd pair in the last 8 years because I wear them all the time. The thumbs tend to wear out because the material runs against the seatbelt when I'm putting it on. I need to not do that.

These are the only fingerless gloves that I can find that also have the padded hands! As a bike rider, other wool gloves I have had are destroyed in one winter, but these last. This is now my second pair of these gloves as my previous pair I wore for many years with great joy.

I love my pair enough that I got my dad the same ones! Warm, comfortable, stylish, and practical.

These convertible gloves look cool in an understated way, and are very warm, especially if you use a windproof/waterproof shell over them! If I could make changes to them, I'd extend the leather protective area on the palms up to also protect the thumb area as this section can wear through over time, and probably also shorten the thumb. Even as they are though, I'd buy them again.

This is my second pair of these gloves. I do not remember how long I have had the first pair. Think durability. I did not know if these were still being made. Surprise, they are and no difference from new to old. All I know is that my hands are warm and cozy in any weather. Do yourself a favor and get your own pair. You will not be disappointed.

Make sure you size down. I would go at least one size down if not two. Male 5'11 190 usually wear a large in every glove or 8 in Hestra had to go medium in these probably could have gone small.

My wife and daughter love these mitts, they fight over using it. Unfortunately, we got the last pair that Zappos had available. Hoping that this will be restocked again.

I got these glittens for my husband for a Christmas present and he loves them. They're super warm and they dry quickly. The magnet that holds the mitten covering back should be advertised with these in their title or subtitle though, because that's what I was searching for. I was pleasantly surprised that they did have a magnet in them, as I must have missed that in the description.
Good job, OR! You're one of the best brands out there in my opinion!

Build is solid, leather palms, good knit, and soft on the inside. Magnets in the flaps are a nice touch, great for a bit of versatility and being able to use your phone with a warm wool glove.

I mainly use these gloves for going to work or running errands. Nice and warm but I think they run a little big. I usually wear a large in OR gloves and I returned the large to get a medium in these gloves.

This is actually my second pair of these. I had a Heather gray pair since 2015 that finally got worn through this past winter(2019) after tons of use, and when I saw these on sale I had to jump on a couple new pairs

Bought these for hunting and ice fishing. Perfect for both. They are nice and thick yet have a good snug fit. Excited to put them to use on the ice

Love these gloves for late fall and winter adventures. They are built to last , I beat My gear up and put it to the test and these hold up great. They keep you hands warm when you need it and keeps your fingers free and functional.

Super comfy and warm. The magnet to keep the mitten part back is strong. They seem like they will hold up for many years to come.

I have had a pair of these for five or six years and wear them hiking all winter long. I have always liked them, but i came to love them after a bout of frostnip on six fingertips two years ago. Since then, those fingertips are super sensitive to cold temperatures. These gloves are the only ones i have found that keep me warm. And they are easily supplemented with a hand warmer in the mitten section on extra cold days, or a waterproof overmitten on showy or wet days. I should probably buy a second pair to have them on hand for when these finally wear out.

Comfortable and warm. Pretty thick. Great everyday comfort that ensures dexterity when needed thanks to the flip-open mitten top.
As anything knit, remember that:
- they can get snagged on branches etc
- they get wet easily
Theyr'e great to pair with overmitts like OR's Shuck or Revel when you need warm, waterproof protection when going sledding or just taking snow off the car.

Love this style of mit/fingerless globe. The magnet is a MAJOR upgrade over Velcro.

Absolutely love these mitts!!! They are the best for a cold day when you don't want to wear ski mitts. They look great, are so warm, and the magnets are soooo much better then velcro. These are surprisingly tough, as they've been used countless times and look almost brand new. 100% would recommend!! These are the bomb dot com.

Good gloves for winter fieldwork when you need to be able to fiddle with touch screens for data collection or for note taking.

This is a great system for warmth when you need quick access to bare fingers for dexterity. They are very warm. The magnetic catch for finger covers is brilliant to keep them out of the way when using bare hands. This could be an excellent extreme weather pistol shooting glove if the palm was not so bulky. My only concern is the durability of the woven wool. It will be what one would expect.
