Love these shoes. I normally wear between a 10 - 11, which normally translates into a 42 for an 11, 11.5. But I definitely needed a 43 to have enough room in these shoes. They are so stylish and versatile. Brought them to Paris and walked in them all day with no hot spots or discomfort. Knew they would be great in rain. Also wore them in the snow in mountains and were so warm and waterproof. You can also comfortably wear them without socks!

I love ECCO shoes. They're stylish and comfortable. However what I have noticed is that the soles, the inserts always come loose. I've only worn the shoes a few times and when I go to slide my foot out of the shoe the insert comes with it. Very annoyed.

I love the shoe but need a 1/2 size up to be able to wear a decent sock in it. :(. Super sad to return them as they are no longer on sale.

Fits true to size. Gave a 4 bc they are pricey. I love the shoes, however, my shoes seemed like someone else bought them, returned them and then they shipped them to me without checking them. The laces are laced like the picture and there was a pair of laces that don’t look like they go on these shoes inside the foot. Disappointed in that aspect but they are super cute and comfy.

These leather sneakers are really cute and were true to size. The size 36 fit my normal 6 1/2 to 7 size feet. The only problem was they felt so heavy, otherwise they would have worked perfectly. They have ribbon laces and if I had kept them, I would have probably switched those out for something else to make them look more like hiking shoes.

Fits almost a full size smaller. Very sad because they are so lovely!

I've now tried on two sizes of these booties, which are gorgeous and I love Gore Tex, but neither fits. I have feet that are slightly narrower than medium so the width is fine for me (medium to wide feet won't like them). But the large stiff tongue cuts into my ankle on both sizes! It's just too stiff. I ordered a larger size ( 42, which I never wear), in order to try to get a looser fit, but didn't work. The 41 also fit fairly well (I wear a 9.5 shoe) but the same problem occurred with the tongue rubbing. I loosened the shoe laces -- that didn't help either. Sigh. So back they go. They feel soooo comfy inside and they look sooooo good, but I can't wear them if they rub. Too bad.

It is falsely advertised as a 8 to 8 1/2. Label in shoe clearly states US 8. The long and short is there is no 1/2 size option. I should have known better where can you find a shoe that fits both? So don’t buy if you are on the 1/2.

I couldn't get my foot into the shoe and zip it up. There were a lot of reviews indicating that this shoe runs small. It definitely does, believe the reviews! I went with my standard 39 because I own a pair of ECCO sandals and thought the brand would be about the same no matter what style I purchased. That wasn't true this time. It's a very cute sneaker/boot, but after attempting to try them on, I had to put them back in the box to return them. I'm still looking for a pair of winter booties.

Teen stole these from me but I am happy about it in the end Before these, my teen insisted on wearing Converse All Stars even in cold wet weather. These are stylish enough to persuade teen to choose them instead and are actually sturdy, warm, and waterproof. Also my teen prefers gender neutral style and the black ones are great for that. They do run small.

I usually wear a 8-8.5 in the Ecco Soft 7 series for sneakers. Despite being "Soft 7", these booties were too small, especially if worn with anything other than a thin cotton sock. So, ordered the next size up (9-9.5), and happy to say the bigger size fits perfectly, even with a mid-weight wool sock. Good, grippy sole. Side entry zipper a plus.

Slightly snug, but not impossibly so and they will stretch. The important thing is that they keep my feet so warm and toasty during my winter walks! Nice arch support and very cool, trendy look. I'm so happy I got them! Thanks, Zappos!

I love these shoes. I've had these in black for several years and they are one of the best pairs of shoes I've ever bought. I'm actually considering buying another pair for when I need to replace them! They're perfect for colder weather. The Gortex lining keeps my feet toasty warm. I have a narrow foot and these fit perfectly in terms of length and width. If I have any complaint it's that the arch support is a little too high and can get uncomfortable if I'm standing for long periods of time (why I gave them 4 stars). Someone with a flatter arch may find the arch support to be a bit too much.

I’ve worn these many miles with no issues. I even hiked for 5 miles on rocky terrain in these though I wouldn’t recommend doing that all the time.

Thanks to everyone who reviewed these shoes and mentioned that they run a full size smaller! I have multiple Ecco Soft 7 sneakers in 42 - for this fleece lined high top I ordered 43 and they are perfect. If you have a very wide foot these might run slightly narrow. For now I can wear them with a thinner smart wool sock, as the fleece gets stamped down I think they can accommodate a thicker sock. The tread is nice and robust and these seem warm and toasty - perfect for an upcoming trip to Vienna in December. I like the style and think these could be cute with jeans or tights and a skirt or dress. I got the black as that was what was available in my size but I think these will be very versatile. Zappos shipping was on point as usual!

I love these boots! I wore them all winter. They are warm and waterproof and look great on. I have narrow foot and being able to lace them up tight was a win for me.

I tried this show on this winter in store and loved them, but didn't want to spend the money. I found them on Zappos and put them in my cart when I got home. I've been patiently waiting for them to.go on sale. Finally! I bought them off season and can't wait to wear them come fall...The ribbon laces are a perfect feminine touch to the show.

I love these boots but will say that I had to order a full size up and I wear heavy socks to get a good fit. Very warm and comfortable even when visiting the colder climates.

Super cute and comfortable, great shoes for lots of walking in urban environments. The ribbon laces are super cute! Had to size up from my usual Euro 40 to a 41, and the last is on the narrow side -- these wouldn't be a good option for someone with a wider foot.

I sized up a bit because of the extra lining inside the boots and that turned out well. I like these a lot and have already worn them several times.

I usually wear a 10.5 narrow, and the size 42 fit me perfectly. They are comfortable to walk in and keep my feet warm in the cold weather. The zippers make it easy to take them on and off.
