I enjoyed wearing this chukka boot the moment I slipped it on. The cushioned insole gave a relaxed feeling to walking in a dress boot. The upper started off stiff, like most new boots, but were easily worn to a comfortable feel. The stitching and color variations around the sole give the shoe an appealing look. The comfort and looks of this boot make it a great value. On a side not. I ordered the wrong size online. The exchange process was very simple. They provide a form to enter the information as to why you are returning and what you want, and a shipping label. Pack everything in the original box (don't get the shoes dirty, they still need to look new), and take it to the shipping center of your choice. You do have to pay for return shipping, but they ship your new item for free. I had my exchange done in about a week.

Love 'em. I wear them only once or twice a week to maintain that special feeling.

The Ozark boot looks great, and is extremely comfortable. I was looking for a boot with a little style, and the wood accented heel and stitching on the boot fit the bill. I was surprised at how light the boots were, and how comfortable they were right out of the box. You typically expect some break in, but the leather was not stiff, and I was able to wear them a full day without any soreness. I received several comments from my co-workers and friends. The soles appear to be durable, and I expect them to hold up well in the winter. Overall a great boot, which I would highly recommend.

Got these for more dressy occasions, but they look great casual. And of course, very comfortable.

Really like the boots very good quality, I would normally give five stars , but the shipping is terrible takes way too long. Probably be my last order.

Amazingly stylish for a work boot. Very comfortable right from the start. I haven't worn a chukaboot since the 1960's. I have preferred a boot with quick lace hooks. As it happens, these boots are about as tall, protecting my ankles, but with only three eyelets, these boots are quick and easy to put on and take off. I am most happy with my selection.

These are well constructed and comfortable. Materials seem to be quality. The only gripe I have is the finish on the leather. I got some dew on them and they became discolored.

Your lack of 11.5 wide through out your line sucks

Well constructed and nice shoe. Leather is very stiff and recommend breaking them in on shorter days before spending 12 hours in them. If the leather was more supple I would definitely give it five stars.
