Love the style and fit. The Big Buckle adds extra style to an old favorite. Traditional Birkenstock support needed for foot pain and roomy toe area for bunions. Highly recommend, I never had a pair of the Arizona style but love the ability to tighten the large straps or loosen as needed for extra support.

Buckle is definitely metal! Super cute and everyone who likes Birkenstocks notices them and compliments them.

These run big, I had tried them on in a retail store so knew to order one size down. The BIG buckle is very stylish and the ability to adjust the width is a plus.

I usually wear 6-6 1/2, the 37 fit perfectly. Love the matte black with the big silver buckle!! ??

Purchased in both the White Leather and Blush Nubuck. Already a big fan of the Arizona sandal and love the big buckle style even more. Both are as comfortable and supportive, as I come to expect from Birkenstock. Love these newest editions to the Big Buckle collections. The white leather has a smooth leather footbed liner and the blush has a suede footbed liner. Both colors are great for summer with anything and the big buckle style offers a bit more foot coverage, which I love.

I like the look and they are supportive on my feet. The transverse arch support takes the load off the metatarsal. I'm a c to d in width and they "just fit." Next time, I'll get regular width instead of narrow, for extra comfort.

The leather by the larger buckle rubbed on my toes as I think the straps are just a bit wider to accomodate the larger buckle. My toes got used to it because I LOVE to look and comfort of these Birkenstocks!!

I have 6 pairs of Birkenstock’s and these are the cutest. They were a little harder to break in then my others pairs because they are leather but totally worth it. I love them.

Dakota Johnson was photographed on the beach with these sandals on in navy blue. Loved them and ordered a pair. They are an understated simply just gorgeous sandal!

I had been looking at these since last year. I hadn’t seen them anywhere on the streets or in stores. I went for it. I immediately started collecting compliments and looks of astonishment, due to the oversized gold buckle. That buckle elevates the Arizona to a new level of sophistication, without giving up the comfort and familiar feel of my other Birkenstock’s. The width is slightly more narrow than your other Birk’s, but you won’t care because the buckle and that narrow silhouette makes your ankles look smaller. The foot bed is not soft brushed suede, so these will look newer for longer. I bought the blue ones, and as I’ve been wearing them, the leather is blooming into a beautiful distressed pattern.

Fit and size were great! This specific Birkenstock Arizona style with the big buckles is stunning! Really fashionable! Makes me feel like i'm enjoying an "on trend" version of the old tried and true Arizona style. The big buckle feels kind of glamourous! Works really well with boot cut jeans or flared jeans or linen shorts/linen pants! Super cute!

I'm a size 10 and ordered the size 41 narrow and they fit perfectly. Leather is pretty soft and they were very comfortable after a couple of days. Buckles were bigger than I expected but I am liking them. I don't find the foot bed to be slippery either.

Like my other Birkenstocks, they took a little breaking in but once they are broken in, they are perfect. I like the big buckles because I feel they can be dressed up or down.

Love theses Birkenstock. However not very comfortable for doing a lot of walking. They give me blisters.

Gorgeous color- Mars Red. The narrow fit still seemed wide and bulky (Birkenstock narrow usually fits me just right). Love the regular footbed in these and the leather is beautiful.

This is my first pair of Birkenstocks. I’m excited for these to get broken in. I’ve been wearing them around the house with socks trying to soften the leather edge. I LOVE the look of them, but they’re definitely very stiff

I want to love these shoes SO badly, but just cannot. I am a true 7.5 & have now tried both the 38s and 39s. (I typically wear 38s in my other Birkenstock styles.) For these Arizona Big Buckles, the 38s are just a smidge too small and the 39s are too big. In addition to the length issue, the spot where the strap meets the base of your ankle/foot is extremely rigid and very uncomfortable. It would be blister city during the break-in period. Moreover, even after allowing for the typical time Birkenstocks require to mold to your foot, I can't imagine that this strap would ever "not" rub in that spot. I am so disappointed these are a no for me. They are incredibly cute :(

I have been a loyal birks wearing for the past couple years now. I live in my gold ones that are standard with but loved the green color of this new pair and the big buckle look. I was a bit leery that these only come in narrow but figured I would give it a try. So, I will say that I liked them enough to keep them and I do wear them, but they are not a comfy as my originals. I don't have a crazy wide foot, but the toe box for me in these narrow birks rub differently and were uncomfortable at first. I have not worn them a week and they do feel much better so hopefully with more wear then will be fine. I had a couple blisters and rubs that have since gone away. Just plan on breaking them in a bit before doing any real long walks. I do love them and will get use out of them.
