I purchased two pair of these and am very disappointed. The zipper is very short so you are required to undo belt and button to take care of business! Very surprised in this design flaw. The "handy" pocket that is supposed to be good for a phone is designed so far back on the leg that when driving you are sitting partially on your phone.

I bought this for work size 33 and they fit a little tight, I'll recommend people to buy one or two size bigger.

I'm not one I write bad reviews, but wanted to share my personal experience. I ordered a size that fits me just fine with other brands, 36 waist, but these were tight. Almost too tight to wear. Not only were they tight, but there is zero "flex" in them, especially for being called "flex". I like the durability, but will not be buying again due to the way they fit me.

So, I'm a big guy who buys EXCLUSIVELY Dickies for work and I love the quality and comfort of them. This time when I ordered I tried a smaller inseam (normally the 13" but I tried the 11") and they fit great it's just that the two pairs I got are either MISSING belt loops or they just started the first one way further down and the last one stops way before they normally do which results in a big gap between the two and even though I wear a belt the pants always feel loose. It's a relatively minor inconvenience and the shorts still feel Dickies quality, but it sucks to keep feeling like you have to pull up your pants all day at work.

I appreciate that delivery time was good got it right on time but I think for the price I paid for quality should be better the stitching is very poor I feel after 3 wash they will be unwearable

I have to return and get the next bigger size, i believe there has been a change in style and they fit very different

Though these shorts say they are relaxed fit, they feel more like slim fit and are tight in the crotch.

bought just a few short weeks ago, and the zipper has already broke. these are supposed to be made tougher and more durable since these are work shorts..thought Dickies were supposed to be of the highest quality..VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

These are the same as normal Dickies shorts. Their "flex" is pretty much the same flex as a static rope.

They are overall pretty decent. However, the replacement of the button with the hook type clasp commonly found on dress pants seems to be the most likely to fail portion of the shorts. Which is a great design if your goal is to sell more shorts. The extra wide belt buckles take up to much room on the belt. For anyone who lives life with something on there belt, always in the same place, be prepared to move it elsewhere because the belt buckles are probably in its place.

Disappointed! I Work in the Swimming Pool Industry with chemicals. Have been purchasing the Standard Work Shorts for over 30 years. Never an issue with staining!! Last pair purchased a few years ago, No Problem . Just bought new pair that are flex fit. All I see on web site is " Flex Fit" material. Discolored on first day of use??? Threw away!! Not sure if they carry the old style material anymore. Help?!!

The fly clasp broke off on one pair and the belt loop is coming apart on another pair. I got both of these shorts in the same order. Absolutely pathetic quality.

I ordered a pair earlier, waist size 30 and they were more like a 26. I thought this might be a fluke, so I returned them and re- ordered. Nope; super small. I found out I needed the relaxed fit. The waist is great. I find it hard to believe that the trim could differ so greatly between regular and relaxed.

No flex material seen, shorts tighter than any others of same waist size

So its only been several weeks since i received my 4 pairs of shorts. I have a concern as on of the 1 of the 4 has started popping the stitching along the waist line. Up until this point i was very happy with them.

Description said relaxed fit flex fabric. There is no flex fabric in the shorts i received. Previously ordered two pairs of cargo shorts that fit fine but these do not even come close to fitting. I believe th we size is smaller than stated.

Too long. I do not understand why these shorts have to be 11 in. Just absurd. If I want shorts past my knees, I will just buy pants.

Side pockets were not deep enough for his cell phone and needed another side pocket for his glasses

Frustrating that each color fits differently. I ordered the same shorts in different colors in the same size and style and they all came in a different fit. Now I have to deal with returning and ordering different sizes to find out which color fits me correctly.

was not what i typed in..i wanted the flex shorts not relaxed fit it was highly mislabeled or thers the x-series..the current shorts i have and was looking to replace say flex fit ..not relaxed or series x..fix your search engine.

The same model number from 2019 has the gray, flex elastic fabric around the entire waistband. The new ones I ordered do not have the elastic waist band, but still say "flex" on them. They do not stay up when I'm on the job. I had to purchase a belt to hold them up. I'm 37 years old, and have never owned a belt before. I am disappointed in the changes you have made, without advertising the fact that they are different. I have worn Dickies products 365 days of the year, for the last ten years. I will not waste another dime on them.

They don't fit me...both are same size..but one it's bigger...I got mad and put them in the garbage...

The top of the pants roll over the belt and with it being white it really shows up and it looks very unprofessional so for that reason I do not like these pants would not buy them again
