Just didn't fit like my other relax fits from you guys

Bought 5 pairs. 4 black, 1 gray. One black is huge around waist. I already washed them so I guess I will just donate them. The button is a slide style, so it comes undone when I wear a belt. Kind of annoying.

I have wore dickies shorts for 15 years now. The shorts are durable and comfortable. But the 5 pairs I bought last year ever pair the pockets have ripped out or have holes in them. The pocket material is not great. All I put in them is my phone, wallet, knife.

Great shorts, size issue I order these shorts before ordered the same size and these are too big, I washed them so I cannot return them. Bought three pairs and I will have to eat them.

I ordered the same thing as last time but these are completely different. I don't like them.

Sizing is all over the place, even the exact same shorts in different colors fit different. Impossible to get the right size without trying them on first, and no stores sell the ones i want. Ive been wear these for many years and have always dealt with this. Frustrating

They seen to be great and good quality but they run short from the size said.

The shorts are great except for the pockets. Both of the front pockets ripped after 4 wearings and now I can't put anything in them. Ripped at seam - shorts are made of quality fabric but pockets are made with really cheap fabric and it just pulled away from seam and unraveled. It is a shame that such cheap fabric was used for the pockets.

Nice quality, but runs too small. I had to return.

The shorts fit very tight for a 34" waist. I love Dickies quality and I've never had this issue before but I normally wear a 32" so I go with a 34" and wear a belt, however their 34" fits like a 31".

Too large and too long. I bought these for our teenager who is 5'10" 150lbs - he rolls them down on the top and they are still too wide and long. We didn't return them because he needs them for his summer job. And they are good quality - can take a beating and still look good

Fits smaller than other pants sized the same. Need to order a size or 2 larger than normal.

Thought I would give these a try even though they don't have my true size so I went up to the next size and I'm not a fan!! They fit like what a really older man would wear! Fits decent around the waist but that's about it I will wear them working in the yard but not in public

These are the 3rd set of this style of shorts I've bought so far, and again, they are a different size than the ones I bought 2 years ago. Different colors are different sizes. Pants are different than the shorts, etc. It's impossible to lock in the size that actually fits, so I end up ordering a few different sizes and send back what doesn't fit. I can range from 40-44 depending on model. Other than that, the quality of materials are the same, except the zippers seem to have gotten cheaper made. These new zippers feel kind of weak, and aren't smooth to operate at all like the old stuff. With this downward trend continuing, I may have to switch brands.

This shorts are ok I prefer a button not a clasp also no shrinkage after washing

Other than taking them up 3" to get near the bottom of my knees, these will work. 5'6 with short legs.

These are the closest short version of the 874 work pants. I do not like or need a multi-use pocket on the side of the shorts/pant. I do not like flex anything on my shorts. I have a pair of regular fit work shorts by Dickies without these features they are my favorite shorts. it seems Dickes no longer makes them and they are getting old, start making them again!

Overall the fit is good, except right at the very top of the waistband.

The rise in the zipper is too short and the size 38 was skimpier than the first pair I bought. The length of the legs and super phone pocket are the reasons I purchased a second pair. Before I buy another, I need to figure out the zipper rise. I can live with the skimpy, but it makes me grumpy.

Like the material and looks but the fit does not feel like relaxed Liked the waist and the inseam but the groin and buttock area is tight Wished they made a loose fit with 11 inseam

It's tough to find a size that fits well. 34 is too tight and 36 is too big. Seems to be a bug difference between sizing. Live the durability as always with Dickies.

Dickies shorts definitely are not what they used to be. These are slimmer and not as tough and heavy from what I used to buy years ago.

Let me just that I will always buy dickies I must have gain some weight usually they fit no problem or just have to break them in , they are just a little tight but I'm keeping them ... that's the reason for the 3 stars...

I bought these shorts because I also own the Flex pants and liked those in the winter. I had no complaints about the pants and don't have to many complaints about the shorts either. My only problem with both the pants and the shorts is that I feel these were designed by woman, both pants and shorts feel very tight on your back side and get very close to your manly parts. I wish they would remake these and bring the seem between both legs down a couple inches to give me some breathing room.
