Another winner from Aetrex! This is my 3rd paid of Aetrex shoes - I have simply fallen in love with this brand. I have plantar fasciitis that comes and goes and since I've been wearing Aetrex, the pain has been minimal. I have a narrow foot and would normally wear a narrow shoe but the laces on this boot allows me to make it work. I don't actually think this boot would work for a person with a wide width foot but a B width should be fine and there seems to be ample toe room. I normally wear an 8.5N and I ordered the 39 and it fits fine with a thin to normal type athletic sock. I don't think a thick sock would feel great but I also have my hard orthotics in the shoe so those take up a lot of space. The liner doesn't come out so if that's a feature you are looking for, be forewarned. The foot bed is very soft and comfortable but not squishy and sloppy feeling like some "comfort" shoes. I feel very supported and as feel like I could spend the day walking and still have a happy feet at the end of it.

I have had plantar fasciitis in the past and need to be careful with shoes. I also need metatarsal support. These boots are perfect for both ailments. The toe box is roomy, footbed has memory foam for comfort and the arch support is great! It’s the perfect boot for comfort straight out of the box. I’ll be buying other colors of this boot in the same style!

Ordered these in the black, size 8, and I'm very happy with them. I had to stretch the toe box on the right boot to accommodate my giant bunion, but then they fit perfectly. Based on the fit on my left normal-ish foot, I'd say these are good for average to slightly wide feet. The arch support is amazing, and combined with the footbed and wedge sole, makes me feel like I'm bouncing down the street. These boots are far more comfortable than I expected them to be, and I really like the look of the two-tone leather and the fabric. They're also fairly warm, which was a pleasant surprise. The first time I wore them was for 3-4 hours while on my feet shopping and running errands. I expected my right foot to ache when I took them off, but there was no problem at all. The only negative I can think of is that they can be a little tight to get into. Because of the way the contrasting leather around the heel is applied, the zipper stops about an inch shorter than expected, making it a tight fit getting them on. I sprayed them with a leather/suede protector and they've been great in the Seattle rain. I really like these boots and recommend them highly--particularly if you need a boot with strong arch support.

Love these boots. I have been suffering from heel pain (tendinitis) and the pain disappeared while wearing these shoes. The bonus is these boots are really cute.

My feet are low-volume (bony), with wide forefeet and narrow heels. Because I have very high arches (cavus foot), I look for a low (1"-1.5") wedge heel and strong arch support. This boot in a 37 satisfies all these requirements, is well made, and handsome. I wear a 6.5 W but 7B or 37 can work depending on the cut. I usually insert OTC arch supports, though not necessary with these boots.

I have had these boots for a week. I love them! I wanted something comfortable and cute. Sometimes it's hard to find both. I love the roomy toe box and arch support. They are light weight and not clunkly looking or feeling. There was no break-in time needed. Just put them on and they are now my go to every day boot!. I will buy more of this brand in the future. Until this purchase I had never even tried them.

I loved the looks of this boot. I’ve been looking for a pair with sweater/fiber trim and without a pointed toe. Unfortunately, the prominent arch was uncomfortable to me and felt like it extended too far across the bottom of the shoe toward the outside of my foot.

These were weird. They were very long in the toe despite ordering my normal size. Looked like they had been worn, dirty on the inside and like something had been spilled on the toe.

This bootie is very comfortable and has GREAT arch support. I suffer from all types of feet issues and the comfort of these are simply amazing!!! Thank you Aetrex for this bootie!!!!!

I have odd feet. One is a 7.5 D and the other is a 6.5 E. I bought these in a 38 7.5-8 and they are B width. However, they feel great, and the width feels good too. I always have to fit my larger foot and they still feel great on my smaller foot. I also have plantar fasciitis and have high arches. These shoes are squishy soft, they feel so good. They feel like my oofos flip flops in terms of squish factor! I’m a teacher and on my feet all day and I can’t wait to wear these in the classroom when it gets colder. I will only wear Aetrex for work.

Someone gave me these boots on brown and I love them so much that I bought a 2nd pair in black. What's so great about them? The foot bed is super squishy so I can walk miles on these. The 1 inch heel is perfect! The arch support is fabulous. Plenty of rooms for my toes. WARM! And cool looking on top of all that!

I really wanted to like this boot!!! I put the left foot on first - stood up - felt the great padding in the footbed and thought "this might be it!!!" Then I put on the right boot and walked around for a bit - --- there was a weird ridge in the arch that I just couldn't get around. So sad. I usually wear a 40 and these are a 39 - so I am hoping that when they get the 40 back in stock - maybe there will be a change. still hoping..........

I took a gamble and ordered this boot even though it's a medium width. It fit my foot great and is a very comfortable boot. I like them so much that I ordered them in another color.

These are so cute and comfortable. I usually only order shoes with removable insole so I can use my orthotic so I was a little leary, but a review or something said they had good arch support so I took a chance. I have planters fasciitis in both feet and other feet problems. These have a good enough arch support on their own. The are super cushy and comfy, but still good support. They look like they have a heel, but It feels flat which is what I need. i wear a 6.5 and average on width. These fit perfect and had room for socks. Can't wear them for awhile weather wise, but so looking forward to when I can. Even cuter in person than the picture.

Just took these boots out of the box and we have a love match! Got the last black 36 in stock. Totally cute and comfy, with beautiful grey suede on the back and striped accent fabric around the ankle. They look great with narrow pants/leggings. The 36 works perfectly for my size 6 somewhat narrow foot. Bed is soft but very supportive. First time buying this brand but it will not be the last!

I have several pair of Aetrex sandals, and was excited to order these booties for an upcoming trip. The style in brown is absolutely adorable! My normal Aetrex size 38 fits great and there is plenty of room for a medium to thick sock. In fact, I need the sock to take up a little extra room and to extend beyond the top at the ankle because it rubs above my right ankle only. Bootie socks look great with these and jeans! I have been wearing them around the house to break in, and can't wait to wear them on my trip!

The boots I received were clearly worn as there was dog or some kind of pet hair on them. I wish Zappos would do a better job of checking returns prior to just shipping them out to the next customer. It's unsanitary. I was able to try the boot on one foot (after cleaning it off) and the arch support is great and I have flat feet (can't comment on how this would work for those with high arches). The footbed is also padded and cushiony and there was plenty of wiggle room at the toes. Unfortunately the style of the boot made my foot look even bigger than it already is (size 11).

Width is perfect for my wide feet. They are cushy with the cork. They have held up well for past two years.

These boots are very trim and attractive, very good arch support and unique textile highlight. My only wish is that the zipper went all the way down to the sole. Shoe horn or untie solves the issue but finicky to get on with zip alone.

Very comfortable and love the look. Looks great with jeans.

Cute little sneaker/boot - good for walking both in town and on easy trails.

So cute and the footbed felt amazing - soft but with arch support. Returned b/c the 42 was too long and 41 toe box felt to small for my foot. The heel was stiff, but I think would have softened up if I had worn them longer. For reference I wear a 10-10.5/41 and have high arches (add support to Danskos even), normal to slightly wide foot due to bunions.

At long last I have found a pair of boots that are perfect for my poor, damaged feet. It’s taken me 15 years! Plenty of toe room and ankle support. Plus so much support in the arch that I could wear them without my orthotics (plantar fasciitis) for at least half a day if not more. I am loving these boots!! Even my bunion didn’t complain. Thank you Aetrex!! Please make more!

Amazing, I LOVE these shoes. Super comfortable, great arch support and true to size. My feet are hard to please but these are great. Next winter I think I will get another color.
