Cute boot, true to size in length but was too wide for me. My foot is skinny and normal width. I had to send back because my heel kept slipping when I walked. The arch support was great in them.

Well....I was hoping these would be wide enough to accommodate my bunions but sadly they were not. I hightly recommend if you have normal width feet. They are very cute, and comfy! I am hoping one day Aetrex will start making some wide widths.

The fit was great, they are comfortable and easy to wear all day BUT they are so difficult to put on! It's as if the opening is not wide enough to get my heel in. It's read struggle which is disappointing since I have back problems and wanted something with a zipper I could just zip up without bending down to tie. Now I have to bend to get my foot in.

These are so cute, and I really wanted to like them. Everything fit and was made well, but the arch support wasn't in the correct place and was too far back toward my heel.

I felt like these were a little too stiff for the price, they were so formed and not pliable. The style is amazing and I wanted to love them, but they were not comfy enough for me.

I need good arch support, but these were excessive and the arch ran back under my heel. Had to go back.

Liked the fit but not the color. Sadly, black is out of stock. Otherwise a cute winter shoe and good value for price.

I love the looks of these boots, but they don't love me. Size 39 was too big for my size 8 feet. Size 38 was too tight through the center of the foot and too wide in the heal, but oh so cute.

The sizing of these feels off. I wear an 8.5-9. I tried the 40, way too big. I tried the 39, still too big. I tried the 38, which fit well in length but felt a little narrow. I didn’t feel any issues with the seem in the back as other reviewers complained about. Also has great arch support and enough cushion to be comfortable all day. I really like the look of these boots, but unfortunately none of the sizes fits my feet well.

I love Aetrex shoes. However, sometimes they tend to run a bit wide (too roomy) for me. I normally wear a size 8. It was too roomy and my heel felt like it slipped every step I made. It was also too roomy in the toe box. If you have a thicker foot, this will work for you. I sized down, one size, and it, unfortunately, was too small. My foot is skinny, so shoes need to be more narrow to fit properly.

The boot looked very promising, but there is a problem with a seam at the heel (where the knit fabric cuff is sewn to the leather upper); this makes for an uncomfortable rubbing over the heel area, and is the reason I had to return them. Otherwise, quality materials and comfortable cork and suede footbed. I tried my thickest sock in hopes it would alleviate the discomfort over the back of my heel, but no luck.

These are nice boots. They are easy to fit into. They have a nicely padded insole and good arch support. BUT, they make my ankle roll over so that they would sprain my ankle if I were to wear them around. Back they go.

Extreme pain! I don't understand how people find these shoes to be helpful for plantar fasciitis or anything else. I wore them for a short dog walk, and before I got home my foot was screaming from pain. Unfortunately, since I wore them outside. I can't return them.

These fit as expected and my heel didn't slip (I have narrow heels), but the zipper pressed uncomfortably on my ankle bone. I don't really see the need for a zipper when you have laces, especially if it presses and hurts when you walk.

The box said Size 41, US Womens 10 but the actual boots were Size 39, US Womens 8.
