I LOVE these boots. I ordered a half size up and they fit perfectly. The arch support is strong. They are very easy to put on and take off with the side zipper. They are so stylish and I get many compliments on every time I wear them. I will be ordering another color!

Again the right boot felt as if the cushioning were squashed, so I reordered and the new boot was perfect. Wore them all over town, walking 10 miles the first day out. And they look great! They don't look like a comfort shoe.

Finally!!! W with bunions, narrow heel. Always wore Earth W, but now they all feel narrow. Feet changed maybe? These do too, but work - 1) Suede has a little give and 2) Laces for adjusting. Excellent arch support. Side zip, easy on, once you get the laces right. Flexible sole. Easy to walk in. *****Ten stars***** for STYLE. They look amazing. Comfortable! Will wear thin or no socks. Definitely not room for thick socks. Very nice lining so leather won't bleed color onto skin and socks. Very thoughtfully made shoes. I will live in these. So price will be worth it.

Great looking shoe. Feels terrific with my orthotics and bunions.

Found these to be true to size. Ordered two sizes but my usual worked even with a thicker sock and custom orthotic. The included footbed took up more room in the shoe than my custom one so if you're planing to swap it out, you may find your usual size works too. The lacing system, well, it's confusing and overly complicated. I'm honestly on the fence because of it. Ordering another pair in the navy, which wasn't available in my size for the initial order, then I'll decide. The blue is more of a gray but looks great with jeans.

I love the hiking boot look! They really are comfortable. I decided to try a wide after not having much success lately with a B width and I'm so glad I did. It gave me a more room for my toes. I chose black suede which works best for me and my wardrobe. You'll be happy with this pair.

I'm normally an 8 and the 8 fits nicely. Feels very comfortable from the get-go, no breaking in will be needed. The black suede looks stylish. Not sure what the fuss is about the lacing since the zipper lets you put them on and off without dealing with the laces at all. And I appreciate Zappos' great customer service.

These boots are really comfy. I needed a brown casual shoe and I have "high maintenance feet" - these meet the bill. The arch support is wonderful for my plantar f / heel spurred feet and the entire sole is comfy. Fit is perfect, and I only need to use the zipper to put on and take off. I'm going to spray them with some water repellent to help maintain their leather.

I bought the Navy suede and I am very happy with my purchase. The fit is just perfect for me. I have two other pair of Earth shoes, and they never fail to make me happy. These boots are so cute with jeans!

Very comfortable, leather soft and forgiving. I have bunions and need wide and high toe box but I have narrow heels and ankles. These fit perfectly, did not need to adjust the laces at all. The soles are supportive. And I like the sleek, feminine look.

This is the second pair I bought so I knew that fit was good. I liked the bootie so much I bought it in black then asked for the browns as a gift for my birthday/Christmas. I like how the look with all my pants.

Bought this boot in navy in my normal size, which is a 7. I have bunions and was worried that this boot would be to narrow at the toes. Wrong!! Fits like a dream! Very comfortable, super arch support, great ankle support and mega cute style! Made of suede. I sprayed a water repellent made for boots on them. Just beware if you choose to do that, the color will darken a little. Totally love this boot.

I ordered these boots in my usual size 8 and then in a 7.5. They 8 was a bit long, but the toe box was wide enough. The 7.5 was better in length, but somewhat narrow in the toe box. I have plantar fasciitis, a bunion, and a recently healed fractured heel. These shoes are perfect in terms of comfort, adjustability and great arch support. And they're nice looking -- especially compared to the orthopedic shoes I've been wearing. I m keeping the 8.

I love my shoe- boot. So much so that I have asked my daughter to make the brown ones my Christmas/birthday gift. They are comfortable with a innersole that can be removes and replaced with your own if you so desire. I've had them for a week now and use them all the time.

I’m somewhere between a 9 & a 10, depending on the brand. The 9.5 fits perfectly, with a good little arch support. The suede is soft & flexible, shoe felt great right out of the box. Cute bootie - casual, but nice.

Like a hug for your feet! The laces of these soft suede boots are easily customizable to your foot. Once you’ve set them, simply use the side zipper when putting them on and taking them off. The arch supports are better than most boots and these boots are cozy warm. Great fall addition to my wardrobe!

Love, love these boots. Nice arch support and all around comfortable. Love the laces as they are different and once they are sized the zipper is so easy!! They fit right out of the box and that rarely happens!!! Love the blue color as it is perfect with denim. I am usually a 6 1/2 to 7 but always a 7 in a boot. Purchased the 7 and could not ask for a better fit. May get another color.

I've a bad ankle and have been looking for a nice looking, comfortable, lightweight, over the ankle, lace up boot for a couple years. I agree with another reviewer that the lacing is cumbersome, unnecessarily so - to cinch them is a career, but other than that I'm thrilled with these boots. They're extremely comfortable right outta the box, have great arch support (if your foot likes that), removable inserts, and they're cute! Haven't done "cute" in years.. Just ordered another more combat style Earth boot, in a different color, with simpler lacing. Happy to have found these seriously comfortable and stylish boots.

i bought half size larger for warm socks. Very comfortable. Not too wide so half size larger worked for me.

I have looked some years now for a soft, lightweight supportive boot for my very hard to fit feet. I Love these. Although I have not yet walked long distances in them, they are so comfortable right out of the box I feel sure they will serve me well. I bought them in all three colors! A beautiful boot! The leather is so soft and smells scrumptious! I will waterproof them with suede protector so they will last a long time!

This is a great-looking boot. I am normally a size 8.5 but ordered a size 9 to wear with thick socks. Fit was very good yet because of flexible arches, my toes were uncomfortable. Should be a good fit for most. The odd laces should not be a problem with the side zip.

I really loved the way these boots look! The shoe strings are a pain, I wish they would make a boot without them looping around the heel. I love how Earth shoes/boots feel on my feet, I have many pairs. These are a miss though, the back of the boot made the back of my foot hurt. It may have been the thicker reinforcement on the back, I'm not sure. But, I couldn't see wearing them, had to send them back. Beautiful boot though!

In a very large order, this was my second runner-up. It's cute. It's fairly comfortable, especially the inner sole, which has some nice padding. I just couldn't deal with the weird lacing. It's hard to see in the pictures, but the laces half wrap around the back of the boot and it was impossible for me to get it to lace appropriately- maybe if I had an hour to work with it, but that just wouldn't be practical. I also ordered this version in a wide, as I have a wide toe box but narrow heel. The wide was way to wide for my heel. The medium width, being suede, would probably have been OK, with some give in time, so if you are in-between widths, I'd say the medium is adequate, unless your foot is overall wide.

Cute boot, and very comfortable, easy walking. But the lacing system is a bit bizarre at the top (medial lace goes to a loop at zipper and back, lateral lace goes all around the rear to zipper and back). Yes, I know there's the zipper to get in and out once you have the laces adjusted, but even the small adjustments to fit my foot/ankle correctly was complicated and confusing. And if you ever want to re-adjust ?? They're going back.
