I have the hardest time buying shoes because of my width and arch support that is needed. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that the ankle boot was so soft, comfortable and quite stylish. I easily could wear them without suffering. Miracle! For years I have had to buy shoes 1/2 size larger (7.5) for a wider width. Because I purchased this ankle boot 1/2 size larger, the toe area is a tad too long for my feet. I could send them back for a size 7 but then the width may be too tight for my feet so I will keep them. The shoe is perfect for someone who wears a 7.5 (true to size) and has longer toes than I (normal length for size 7) and needs more toe room.

This shoe runs very narrow. I ordered an 8 1/2 M and am returning it. I am keeping the 9, because it gives me a little more width. I thought about ordering a W but have a narrow foot, so that did not seem correct. The shoe is so cute, and it has a very soft fabric lining inside. The laces are unusual, to say the least, but only have to be adjusted once, since the shoe has a side zipper. The laces add to the style of the shoe. It has not been cold enough in the South to think about wearing any boots, so time will tell about my complete review. The blue is a great color, not at all bright, and will go with many things. I am very hard to fit with shoes. My major comment about this one is that it is remarkable narrow.

I was ready to love these boots. But the fit was all wrong. Normally I wear a 7 or 7 1/2 wide. I've had success with Propet and Walking Cradles, and was always able to wear Clarks and Born. I figured since these boots had laces I could adjust them as needed. The arch of the shoe was too much. It felt like half a baseball was stuffed under the lining. I tried to position my foot and tighten the laces to conform just to see if there was any way I could wear these. Nope. I still think they are really cute. Oh well - back to Propet.

Cute and comfortable, but the lacing system is complex. It wraps around the ankle in a way that makes it difficult to tighten or loosen them. I foresee it being a hassle depending on what socks I wear. Hopefully the zipper will make this easier. The wide is comfortable for a wider forefoot and a narrower heel.

Supper cute boots! Foot bed SO comfy, usually wear a 7.5 or 8, more often then not an 8 but in these the 7.5. Sadly, even though I ordered wide they were still to narrow for me and I have t send em back. Really wanted these to fit because of the foot bed and style.

This boot runs extremely narrow, since a medium fits my very narrow foot. The laces are very tricky but only have to be done once, since the boot has a zipper for off and on. I love the looks of it, and the cloth lining inside is very soft and warm. The blue and brown combination is beautiful. I am so hard to fit and expect to get a lot of wear with this boot. I'm hoping it will stay as comfortable as it seems to be right now. The blue color is muted, and it will go with lots of things. Very well made boot at a reasonable price. Naot also has some boots that run narrow. Narrow, bony feet are hard to fit!!

These shoes might be the most comfortable I have ever put on. I wear size 6W and loved everything about them, except the suede on the right shoe looked a little scuffed up right out of the box while the left shoe looked brand new. Made me think the right shoe had been tried on a few times more than the left, and therefore maybe the suede wouldn't wear well. I SO want to keep them but returning for a more pristine pair. They are comfortable and stylish enough that I'll risk my own wear and tear.

I wanted to love these Booties. They are so cute and stylish, but alas I had to return the Earth Boone. The heel of the Booties were too narrow and it was squeezing my heel. Also the Bootie it's self looked shorter than the size indicated. I was so disappointed, but Zappos saved the day!! I am trying another pair of Booties by Earth. Hopefully the second pair will work out.

I did not like the boot in person as much as I had hoped. Not as comfortable as the other Earth boots I have. Did not like the lacing system. Ended up returning.

Purchased these for Fall. The color and style was as pictured. However the fit was rather narrow and my feet are true medium widths. I typically wear a 7 or 7.5 (I ordered the 7.5 so I could wear socks in them) and the size was otherwise fine, just too narrow as others have mentioned in the reviews. For this reason I returned them.

There is a lot to love about these boots, but sadly the width didn't work for me. I wish they were wider across the ball of the foot and narrower in the heel. I ordered the D width. My foot measures a C width, but it still felt tight with socks. I wanted to wear socks for warmth. The heal was loose and sloppy. It seems there are no shoes made for people who want wide in the toe and narrow in the heel. I didn't really like the laces around the back of the shoe. They were difficult to adjust. The materials were very soft to the touch. Nice. Inside linings were also soft and warm.

Second review for these. Ordered another size/color, but ultimately returned that too. For two main reasons: the lacing system and lack of support in the sole. The more I thought about it, the more I realized what a pain it would be to readjust the laces to accommodate different thicknesses of socks. It's hard to see in the pics, but the way these lace is unlike anything I've ever seen! Visually interesting but super impractical. If you wear the same socks every day, then the zipper may be good enough and the laces won't be a factor. With original insole removed and custom orthotic inserted, I found these to be really hard soled. Especially in the ball of the foot area. Really liked how the blue (really gray) color looked with jeans but back they went. So close, Earth. So close!

The material is very nice and pretty; the style is nice also. I purchased a different Earth brand boot in an 8M which fit better than this 8 1/2W. This pair in wide is more narrow than the medium width in the other style. I hate having to return them, but they are extremely uncomfortable just standing in them. My feet are a real problem to fit and need extra room in the toe section, and this is not the pair for that. You might be fine with the fit if your toes are not a problem.

I love the look of these boots. Unfortunately the pair I received were mismatched in color. One was a very deep bark brown and the other was more a dark tan. They felt to have good arch support which is so rare in nice boots like this. They seem to run narrow. I've never worn a wide, but I may reorder in wide when I received my refund for the defective pair.

Absolutely great shoe. I ordered a Wide in a half size smaller and they are perfect. So cute! I bought the Navy with brown laces and they couldn’t be cuter. Excellent arch support.

I've had these boots for 4 months now. I don't wear them very often, maybe once a week. They are comfortable, seem to be holding up well. I love them.

I originally ordered the size 7. All my boots are that size but these felt so snug with socks on. I contacted Zappos and they sent me a return label and sent me the next half size up. I literally had them the next day. Unbelievable service. I returned the 7 and now have the 7.5 and they are really comfortable. No blisters. I have worn them with light weight and thick socks. The blue is not typical for me - I usually get brown or black but I do love the blue suede and brown laces. Once you get the laces set, you can use the side zipper for easy on and off.

Love these boots. They are just wonderful.

This is my 2nd pair of these boots in a different color. To say that I love them is a complete understatement! These may just be the most comfortable pair of boots I have ever owned. I have a heel spur and tendinitis in my ankle so I really need comfort and support. These fit the bill and are super stylish as well! I have gotten so many compliments on them. I am a big fan of all Earth brands and these did not disappoint!

These boots are AMAZING! I have PF with a high instep and these are the most comfortable boots I have worn. No insoles needed. Super cute. I will say I bought a half size larger (9 instead of 8.5) and they fit perfect. The only other suggestion: once you have them laced, don't mess with that again! The side zip makes unlacing unnecessary. I am sold on Earth shoes.

These shoes are stylish and comfortable right out of the box. I need supportive shoes and typically buy brands like Vionic, Naot and Alegria. This is the second pair from the Earth brand shoes I have purchased. The arch support is not extreme but the overall engineering of these shoes makes them very comfortable for a full day's were. Slightly snug fit in the beginning but loosened overtime. I just wore thinner socks the first couple times I wore them.

These shoes are beautiful! The pictures do not do them justice. They are so soft, inside and outside, and thicker than expected and warm. The brown suede was a beautiful, deep brown. I purchased the 6W and am normally a 6. The wide width was perfect, but they did run a tad long. Not too long that it needed to be returned. The odd lacing did not bother me bc once adjusted, I zip into them without unlacing. Love, love them!

These boots are comfortable. I wore them of the box and there was never a problem.

Cute bootie, very comfortable. Able to adjust fit, also has zipper for easy on, off. Like the navy color, goes well with jeans.
