I love these. So comfortable and great fit - in the past. I have three pairs. I wear them all the time and was excited to add navy to my inventory. However, this time my usual size had way too much room. I reordered and went down one half size and they were too snug in the toe box. I would reorder my usual size to see if another pair of 8.5 works better because I like them that much. This style has been my "go to" on a daily basis.

Very comfortable and beautiful shoes but they are NOT black. The box says black but they are very blue. I thought they looked a little blue in my closet with poor lighting, but wore them outside and noticed that they are not black at all. Too late to exchange after wearing outside. They run a little large, but I would recommend them to anyone wanting navy shoes.

Shoe is cute with subtle silver threads, but no arch support. Even after I added my own insoles with support the shoe fabric was not strong enough to hold my foot upright without it rolling inward.

The size was much larger than regular. I usually wear 8.5 to 9 . These were falling off my feet.

Very cute but the size 6-1/2 I normally get was too big. I reordered a 6, so hopefully they’ll fit better because they’re awefully cute.

If they would have been a true medium width I would have loved them.

So unattractive on my feet. I saw lots.of.skin and little shoe. Pretty in the box. Maybe more attractive on narrow feet (I'm medium).

The fit was not correct. I had to order inserts to be put at the back of the shoe in the heels, to make it fit.

I love how Anne Klein Sport flats feel. I can walk for hours in them. The fit of this shoe was great; it felt true to size. The style was very nice. The problem with the Anne Klein Sport Umeko shoes I received was the color. In the online photos I saw, the pewter/multi color was clearly a pewter thread on a black background. What I received was a shoe that had blue and purple toned threads, so that the overall color of the shoe looked bluish. Definitely not what I was expecting, so I returned them. If the color had been pewter on black, I would have kept them.

These run large and even a half size down is way too big. I’m going to make one more attempt at another half size down. Super cute though.

The shoe felt clunky and very stiff as I tried walking in them at home. The heel is too wide and pointy...but I do have narrow bony feet. They hit too tight at the bone at front of foot. If they were soft leather they may have worked. They are though very pretty.

I am always a size 10 medium and have never considered another size, but these shoes did not fit. I’m not sure if a half size down would have helped. I think the shoe just is wide in the main part, although it might be a tiny bit long, but not even a half size. The toe box fit and for once, my ankle didn’t slip, but my foot slid all over in it. Too bad, they were cute.

Cute shoe, true to size. The cushion was a bit off, I could feel it. But the real reason I returned it was there is a seam at the heal in the interior of the shoe that rubbed immediately, creating a raw spot.

Love look of this ballet flat! No arch support but cushioned sole better than many ballet flats. For me the issue is that the toe box height was too small and pushed downward on my big toenail which was uncomfortable. I will be returning these, really wish they worked for me because they are super cute!

I love the look of this flat, great color, cushioned sole of AK Sport better than nothing but no arch support to speak of. My issue was it was lack of enough height in the toe box to accommodate by big toe which meant there was too much downward pressure on my toenail. Unfortunately need to return these and continue to search for ballet flat that works for me.

The style of this shoe was exceptionally nice. The unfortunate thing for me is I have bunions. These shoes have no “give.” Had to return them.

I wish these fit me. I wear a 10-1/2, but they are too short.

I couldn’t ever fin a pair to fit my foot correctly. They were either way too big and by that I mean my normal size was too big. A half size down was still too big and I gave up after that. They are wide. I don’t know how these shoes and cut were sized but it’s not any sizing with a style I’ve ever seen. They were cute if you can get them to fit your feet. No idea about comfort as I QS never able to properly walk in them.

I"m usually a 6.5 and sometimes take a wide width (wide toe box). After reading reviews that said this shoe ran long, I ordered both the 6 and 6.5. The 6 was too small - my foot felt scrunched at the toes, both length and width wise. The 6.5 were wide enough and the tiniest bit too long. I added full length foot petals for comfort and now they fit perfectly. These are not walk-around-all-day shoes (at least not if you suffer from foot pain). But they are quite comfortable for a normal day's worth of activities. They look great with jeans and joggers. The pewter has a nice metallic sheen to it, so I can even wear them with a dress in the evening if I don't want to wear heels. I think they are a great transitional shoe to take on vacation. Comfortable enough for light walking, and can be dressed up or down. They're very flexible and lightweight, so will pack easily.

Shoe pinched my toes.

I thought I found the perfect work shoe. Flat, cushioned, comfortable. I was so happy. Within a week of wearing them every day (I also bought them in a few colors), so developed severe pain in my heel and ankle - enough so I could barely put any weight on my heel. I went to the podiatrist who told me I had plantar fasciitis and he gave me some PT exercises to do. Two weeks after seeing the podiatrist, I still have bad pain in my heel. Better than it was, but still painful with every step. I do NOT recommend these shoes.

These were super cute so I was sad they didn't fit. The 7.5 was huge, and I'm a very true 7.5.
