I ordered this shoe as well as three other similar pairs to replace a single pair of flats that were worn out. I ordered this shoe in the light color which has a soft metallic sheen. I have worn Anne Klein shoes in the past and sometimes have had trouble with the heel hitting my heel too high, requiring me to add heel lift pads in the shoe. These are designed with a padded "collar" around the top of the heel and it feels great! The fit of the toe box is perfect. In fact I liked these shoes so much that I decided to keep them, in addition to another new pair (A win for Zappos and me!).

Love this shoe! Extremely comfortable straight out of the box. I also love the thicker soles which makes being on my feet all day for work much more comfortable. The shoes felt just a touch large, not enough to exchange for a half size smaller, but enough for me to never worry about blisters. Great purchase!

Such a comfortable shoe! The inner sole is well – padded, and the comfort is amazing. In some shoes the lining of the vamp is rough and uncomfortable, but not in the shoe. I highly recommend!

These are great shoes! I ordered them first in the beige/taupe color -- and they were so wonderful I went back and ordered them in the black. They are attractive and yet comfortable. I also like the rubber sole which is a nice extra protection since we live in a climate that has some winter precipitation. (They aren't slippery when you walk in them.) Anne Klein sport is a great shoe -- I look for them first when I go to Zappos to see what is available.

This is a great shoe! I first ordered a pair in the beige color. I loved them so much -- they look really nice on, and they are totally comfortable for me -- that I decided to go back an order another color. I was thinking of both the gray and the black -- but the gray was gone and only 1 pair of black in my size. I jumped on it and ordered it right away. Like the beige, it too is perfect!

Adorable shoes, easy to dress up or down. At first it felt like I was walking out of my usual size so I ordered a half size smaller and ended up returning them. The problem was that the heels had gotten too pointy due to that long thingy they stick into the shoes for shipping. I pushed on the heels repeatedly to round them so they would take on a normal shape and after that they fit perfectly. The soles could use a little more padding but they're comfortable enough for most uses.

The pewter color is so cute and s nice change from plain black. I had sized up a 1/2 size since some of my other Anne Klein’s ran smaller. These are a little more structured and very true to size. Love them, very polished looking!

These shoes are so comfortable. Right out of the box, worn all day with no issues. Would definitely buy this brand again. Super cute too and have received many compliments.

Very comfortable. I am between 9 and 91/2 and the 91/2 fit perfectly. Nice width as well. No toe pinching!

I absolutely love these shoes. I previously purchased a pair and loved them so much, got a second pair for when the first wears out! The shoes are extremely comfortable and stylish. The material is somewhat shiny/sparkly for some reason - but not in a 12-year-old-preteen way. The toe isn't at all cramped and the heel sits just where it should. The arch support is basically nothing, but I can insert orthodics without compromising the fit.

These are the most comfortable flats I have ever had. No pinched toes, no slipping on the heel, no cutting in on the great toe. These shoes provided all day comfort at the office providing cushion with every step.

I love these shoes! I bought them for the way they look, and am thrilled that they are also so comfortable. Stylish and easy to wear...you can’t beat that!

Cute and very comfy! I'm on my feet a lot at work, and these are great because of the rubber sole. I got the pewter color, the material is light but feels a little thin so not sure how durable it is long term. I ordered my normal size, and a lot of flats are too narrow but these are just right, they don't squish my toes.

Pretty but despite being plenty of room in this shoe, the big toe becomes painful. Sorry.

Very comfortable- the square toe gives extra room. Rubber sole makes sure you won’t slip. Style is fine - metallic but not too shiny. Good solid choice for a neutral flat.

I am always an 8.5 in shoes and these were just sloppy on my feet and would stay on, even being 7 months pregnant. They are really cute.

LOVE.....gorgeous wine color, very comfortable....can't say enough good things....added bonus....they make my feet look small !!!!!

I am a true size 5.5 but these are at least a 1/2 size too big, maybe more. They are also wide. The toe feels as if it might be quite flat, putting pressure on the big toe, but I cannot say for sure since they are definitely too big. Otherwise, they look nice.

These shoes feel very comfortable, enough room for when feet get slightly bigger in the summertime. Sole feels slightly slippery when walking

I like these shoes but don't love them. I've had other Anne Klein styles that were more comfortable.

These are really nice flats for work and for the price point. They seem to run a half-size large (I'm okay with that) and appear very narrow upon opening the box but they fit my slightly wide feet quite well.

This shoe is SO comfortable. I bought it as my travel shoe. I tried it at work all day and it preformed beautifully.
