The straps on these are way too short and too tight, they are sitting half way up the shoe and not flush with the back of the shoe. I've contacted customer service about it who told me to send an email, which I also did and still have yet to get any help

Ordered the wrong size and returned it in store.

I would like to provide an essay but I have been looking for size 4 women's for months and they are not available. Why not? I am a very very dissatisfied customer. This is the crocs website and all sizes should be available in all colors!

The shoes are fine, if they were only the right size. When I made my search through the web page for these shoes I clicked on Boys size 5, thinking I was going to get a size 5 pair of red crocs for my 9 year old son. Instead, I have a shoe small enough for a 2 year old. Okay, mistake made, lesson learned. Then I called to see if I could correct his problem only to be on hold on a Friday from 4:45pm until 5:30pm when I finally hung up because no one answered. Now I this whole thing will cost me more money because I have to return the shoes that I do not need, pay for the shipping, and I still need a new pair of crocs for my son. I would love to order them, IF SOMEONE WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE.

He put them on, went outside. A few minutes later the piece on the straps came off and so did the strap. He was very disappointed and sad.

This is a review strictly for the lemon color pair. For whatever reason these crocs are sized differently. While a normal pair of crocs say J1 at the bottom, these saw 1-3 but I was assured it was the equivalent to the other Crocs that have the j1 designation. Long story short 2 returns, and the 1-3 is not the same samizdat as the J1 crocs

I bought these for my 5 year old grand daughter. She has worn crocs Since she has started walking. This pair I just bought they rub blisters on the top of her feet. So she's not been to wear them.

I had to return these because online the description of "kids sizes" are actually toddler sizes. Toddler goes to size 12/13 and then start over at 1 for kids into adult sizes. So, I had to make a trip to a crocs store to exchange them. Frustrating

There was a mistake and now I have kids shoes instead of adults and I can't get my shoes exchanged

We have always bought Crocs since our son was able to walk. We love the ease to put them on and he can slip them on if we are making a quick run to the store or somewhere. Never had an issue with sizing just always ordered the next size up and were fine. His last pair was J1 so I ordered J2 this time. They are noticeably smaller and don't fit him right and I am unable to return as already removed tags thinking wouldn't have any issues as we never have before. So now have pair can't be worn.

Back strap way too short both shoes. Unwearable.

Too big will be returning. $7.50 charge to use your return labels pretty steep looking for more reasonable fee.

Way to small

My kids Crocs were too small. Toes were just hitting the ends. I ordered the next size up for both of them and they were too small. I held them up to one another and they measured the same. I called customer service and they told me to drive 30 + min to the closest store to exchange them otherwise they would have to do a return and charge me $7.50 for each pair to be returned. Horrible experience....horrible customer service...horrible product development.

I bought these and I got REALLY disappointed!! My son lost one shoe, so I decided to buy the mode, color and size. When I got it I put in my son and, in a while, he started to complain and I couldn't figure out why. So, I decided to compare whith the shoe that I had and for my surprise they are not the same size even with the shoes have the same size written on it!!! I didn't have a good treatment from the costumer services. And I won't but any crocs again. Sorry for my poor English. I'm a foreign. But I would like to share my story. If I could give any advice is: don't buy this product online!

Way too big. I wear 6.5, sizing chart said to go up a size. The 7 looked ridiculous.

Too wide - two feet can fit in one shoe. I did not order wide-fit. Very disappointing!

Tired of paying shipping on orders and still cant get the sizing right !!!

I ordered two pairs of these clogs for my daughters and they both came stained with a yellow/orange tone on several spots including toe, heel, back strap, and even the bottoms! I emailed customer service and included pictures, which they still have not responded to. I'm so disappointed! I would have had a nicer looking clog from Payless for half the price!

The shoes are the wrong color and the wrong size. We are returning them. Bad experience

They were not good. I was sent an extra wide and they did not fit my child.
