These are falsely advertised on the site I got them for my 9 year old childrens 6 picture looked like they were for big kids I got them (6-7 weeks later) and they were toddler size so I get the return label ship them out the next day get the text that they recieved them and they still havent issued a refund days later says it takes 10 to 15 days to issue a refund I will never buy directly from the site again

Wrong color

These crocs are Bright blue and different than the color Blue I see on the website. They are too small and I can't figure out what the next size up would be for my 8 year old boy. He wears a 3-4 and I hardly see size 4 offered. Now We are stuck with too small clogs that are brighter than we wanted.

Gave the blue a 1 because they didnt send me a request to review the Red/wh/blue tie-dye. The paint rubs off!!! then they gave me the run around about returning them. No longer purchasing crocs!!

I bought the wrong size and now I can't return them and get the 30% off.

It took a month to come in the mail

Too narrrow and cause huge blisters on sides where heal attachment connecta

The shoes are extremely comfortable;however, the websites advice to size up for half number shoe size, I did as adviced, but shoes were extremely big. My only advice would be order size down if in-between sizes.

The strap fell off by 5th time my daughter wore these. Very disappointed!

One of the croc symbols on the button was completely scratched off. It took weeks to receive the order so I didn't want to bother with sending them back.

The way the sizes are advertised are very confusing and could use improvement. I ordered my 10 year old niece the Kids Classic Clogs. She is a size 5 so I got her the C5s. When we received the shoes, they were for babies. PLEASE make your website more understanding. This mistake must happen often and could easily be corrected. Thank you

They were too big :(

they didn't fit even though i got a kid size

Very disappointed. I thought I ordered a child/boys size 4. These were for a baby. I called company and was told they would email instructions to returned. That never happened and it was 2 weeks ago.

Ordered 9c came in a bit big

I received this product broken and have tried to reach out via email and phone. No one has gotten back to me and the shoes are unusable. I understand this is a difficult time, but you should still have some customer service.

They were wayyyyyy over sized. I ordered a 5 in juniors thinking it was going to be smaller size. I gave them away to an adult woman whose regular shoe size is an 8. I would love for the sizes to be more specific... it would be a lot helpful if juniors actually meant smaller sizes
