The shoes did not feel quite right on my foot, though I can't pinpoint what it was. I definitely did not like the color, so back they went.

Wanted to love this shoe, sadly it was extremely stiff so back to Zappos it went. Little support too. Grey is gorgeous and the style/look is classy.

The shoe is cute. I liked the contrasting color at the top of the sole. The shoe was not comfortable. The toe box was too narrow. The insole was not comfortable. Disappointed.

Clarks shoes seem to be running all over the place in sizing anymore.

I liked the style, but this show just did not fit my foot. It was too wide, and it did not have enough support.

The Clarks Sharon Dolly fit through the length, but the heel is very narrow and pinches. Unfortunately I have to return.

I was hoping these shoes would fit properly. I have difficulty buying shoes due to arthritis in my feet. I have to return them because even though I ordered wide with the cut of the shoe it was not wide enough. Regretfully, I have to return them.

The shoe looks nice, but my heel kept sliding off the shoe. I ordered a half size more in Wide, but my toes still touched the front. I will be returning these. Too bad!

Ouch! I can’t believe how much my feet hurt after wearing these for four hours. Every part of my foot hurt to the point that I had to take an analgesic. I usually have better luck with Clark’s but something is seriously wrong with these. Since I wore them outside the house, I can’t return them. I guess I’ll try an orthotic or chalk them up to a loss

Beautiful shoes but lacking in any cushion or support. Not sure what Clarks is trying for, but if you have any foot or ankle issues, look at other shoes.

Heel area to big. They slipped.

I really liked these shoes- nice design, light weight and great color but am returning them because they they are to short and tight. also since they are not leather I knew they would not stretch any amount.

I ordered wide but they were almost impossible to get on I have a high arch.! Once on they were comfortable but too much pressure on my arch.

Shoes looked great and felt comfy but they were too long. I am a 6.5 but I usually order a 7 to accommodate my wide feet. I was excited that these came in wide, so I ordered a 6.5 and the width was perfect. Unfortunately, they were too long and my heel would slip, not every time, but enough that it would be bad if I tried to really wear them to work as I planned.

These have a wider heel than usual my foot slipped up & down with these. They did not feel very comfortable to me. I'm not sure why they get so many good reviews.

Very tight and uncomfortable

Ran way too large... stepped right out of them at the first step. Not sure what to make of it.

The opening was so narrow that I couldn't get my foot in to know if the width worked. I had been so glad to see the shoe came in a wide width and disappointed I couldn't get my foot in to try them on. I didn't find the transparent rubber-like band around the shoe attractive.

I have these shoes in a similar style and same brand that fit very well. I love the look but one shoes fit great and the other felt very tight. I am wondering if one of the shoes is mismarked. The shoe that felt tight is my smaller foot. Poor quality control.

Too long and wide- and for only a wide wide : really unheard of for me

These Clarks were not very supportive in arch and slipped off heel when I walked. I returned.

Hit a chronic sore spot on my foot, so had to return. Material was stiff, so thinking that had I been able to keep them, they'd have caused blistering until broken in.

This shoe is comfortable and fits as expected. The style (for me) works for office casual. I had ordered another black suede shoe and kept it and returned the Sharon Dolly. Just personal preference. So thankful for Zappos and being able to try on shoes and return, for me because it is often very hard to find size 11 in the stores.

"Cushion Soft technology" turns out to mean weird, spongey sole. Like walking on marshmallows. Instead of feeling comforting, it felt unstable and on the verge of collapse. Incredibly average otherwise: nothing so good or bad to write about -- just meh. But the sole is really strange.
