Surprisingly difficult to put on. The tongue is totally attached to the rest of the shoe and there is no elasticity or any way to squeeze the foot in except to squeeze. Had to return although like the style's look.

Love the look of the show, but sizing didn't work. Also, the lack of a tab on the heel made it difficult to fit. Too bad, I love New Balance as a rule.

I wanted to love these shoes but they are AWFUL to put on. The tongue literally cannot be pulled out. Although they look awesome, I will be returning.

In the process of returning. Shoe designed as a slip on with tight lace( hard to loosen). Feels like an effort to market a cheap shoe as a ( state of the art) game changer.

I can't rate how they fit because I couldn't get them on. The size was right but they wouldn't stretch enough to get my foot in them. They were really cute and I had high hopes for them, but I returned them. New Balance is my go-to brand, but these didn't work for me.

Fit and style was great but poor quality of shoe - surprising for new balance. Bought same pair for me and my mum, for very different level of activities and we are both different size and she’s much smaller and thinner than me and her shoe also broke by the right toe after few wears. Mine broke after 2. I am convinced it may be bad batch from NB and retuening them.

I loved the shoes except, after only 2 months, they got a hole in the fabric near the toes. I’ve never had that happen with any other shoe before. It was a lot of money for very little wear.

I am SO disappointed with these shoes. I was so excited to receive them because I loved my old grey Fresh Foam Cruz shoes that I bought a year ago. On the website, the saddle (the part of the shoe with the ‘N’ on it) is described as being “suede”. I believed this because my old Cruz’s are in fact suede. Upon receiving these, I found that the “suede” material is totally a man made imitation suede. It is paper thin looks like it will break after a lot of use due to the laces pulling against it. I am returning these because the suede is my favorite part. New Balance has clearly gone the cheap route and I’ll definitely think twice before purchasing from them again. Don’t buy these unless you’re okay with paying $86 for fake leather.

Sending these back as I can't even get my foot into them. The tongue is attached to the shoe. My daughter has these shoes and actually cut the fabric to allow her foot to get into the shoe.
