love this sneaker. very lightweight yet provides great comfort in the fresh foam footbed. I got the charm/white neutral pink color and it has an awesome look. the heel design is great and love that the back of the shoe won't get ruined when I step into it because it bounces right back. feel like the bottom will be very durable and give lots of traction. the mesh is really really nice. definitely recommend.

These are comfortable and I like them but I may not keep them because they don’t have a loop on the outside of the heel to help pull them on. They’re a little hard to pull on because they are a sock type shoe. Still thinking about this one. Don’t want them to end up in the back of the closet and never used. New balance does make one with the loop on the back and I am going to keep that one but it isn’t the color I wanted and they’re all out of black.

These shoes are great and feel like they provide a lot of support.

Very hard to put on other than that they are ok.

Well... the shoe itself is much different than what NB I’m used to wearing. The rim of the shoe rubs against my ankles so I have to wear socks with these at all times. Hope I can wear them for long periods of time. We will see....

Love the look of these shoes but they are snug, as some other buyers have mentioned. I also found them a little short, especially if you plan to wear socks some of the time. I felt like my toes were being pushed toward the front of the shoe. I'm trying a half-size larger than usual.

I ordered a half size bigger because the reviews here say the shoe is too small. I wear a 7 and I ordered a 7.5. The 7.5 was way too big and I have to return. I also ordered a wide as I do have wider feet but the wide is pretty wide.

I love these shoes, the color was so cute and they were so comfortable, but they felt too wide for me. I do have narrow feet but usually normal with shoes are fine, and these felt wider than normal. I also wasn’t the biggest fan of how thin the mash was that was the material they were made out of, you could kind of see toe bumps through it which I am not a fan of. Overall they are really cute and practical but just not for me.

These shoes made my back hurt. Too bad, cute shoe...

New Balance needs to add a pull tab to these for next season!! These should be easier to get on in my opinion, for a shoe like this. Once they’re on though, super comfy and cute. I wouldn’t workout in them - not supportive enough - but great for casual days just running around!

The shoe feels wonderful on. No complaints there. The wide is truly wide, and I appreciate that. But I should have listened to the other reviews and passed this one by. It is way too hard to get the shoes on, and I will be returning them for that reason. I can't struggle that way every day to put my shoes on. And the sock gets pulled back or out of position by the need to push the foot into the shoe. Great idea, but the closed design doesn't work. Too bad.

I bought these shoes for work. They are comfortable and stylish. I didn't realize that there is no separate tongue on the shoe and the knit is all one piece. It makes it a little difficult to put on but once they're on they are comfortable! I also really like how they look.

I've had these shoes for a few weeks and am pleased with them. I have no problem slipping them on like other reviewers have had. I did follow another review that said to order a half size up and I'm glad I did. They fit perfect.

I liked many things about this shoe but it was extremely difficult to get on over my heel. I would have needed a shoe horn to ease this onto my foot. It has a "collar" rather than normal laces that spread to accommodate the foot. This is also true of the other similar style of New Balance that I ordered along with this one. I knew I wouldn't wear the shoe because it was too hard to put on my feet. Too bad, nice style, flexible fabric, and wide enough.

Felt like it was turning my foot inward and downward at the arch. So sad to have to return these! Otherwise loved them.

These shoes have a non-flexible opening. I have a high arch, and use orthotics. While I was able to get the orthotic into the shoe, it was very difficult to get my foot into the shoe. My foot is tall, due to my high arch. Once I squeezed my foot in there, the shoe was entirely too tight around the top of my foot, because there is no way to adjust the tightness of the shoe. The wide width was great, it's unfortunate that the tightness cannot be adjusted, even a little bit. I have to send them back. So if you have a high arch and use orthotics, this shoe will likely not work for you, which is also a bummer because these are support cute and otherwise comfy for walking.

Would have been great if they weren’t so small that my toe was being smushed. I am almost always a 9 in shoes, so that’s what I ordered. Tried them on and would’ve needed a 10 to be comfortable in these. They’re also moderately difficult to get on!

I returned these mainly because of the lack of arch support but also because the fabric seemed like it would wear quickly on the toe (as others have noted).

It’s a bit tricky to pull on and the material they used on the ankle was not comfortable.

I REALLY wanted to love this sneaker but alas it won't work for me. I did order a half size up which is a minimum in my opinion. But the fact that this is a sock-style shoe really didn't work for me. I have a high instep and the fact that I couldn't adjust a tongue to give my instep more room caused the sock part to squeeze the top of my foot ever so slightly. Which i knew if worn for a long time would cause my foot to fall asleep. It was just way too much effort to get these on as well :(

Ended up returning these since they aren’t very supportive at all- as you can expect from a knit sneaker. Really great style though and the pink color is very pretty and neutral

First, thank you Zappos for the super fast delivery! Then shoe runs at least half a size small. The memory foam inner sole is soft but offers little arch support. The mesh upper felt thin. The shoe is lightweight. Overall, and besides being too short and a bit narrow in the toe box, it looked really odd on my foot. The tongue (which is not a normal shoe tongue but rather part of the inner shoe sock) is way too long and the sides are cut too low. It is rather ugly. The shoe is somewhat hard to put on, I would not recommend it for high arches. It went back. I bought the Saucony Kineta Relay.
