size of outer boot did not fit the felt insert. When walking you can feel the felt sliding inside the boot.

I bought these boots for daily outside activities like shovelling snow, walking, playing outside with the kids. The first thing I've noticed is that the inner liner already started to wear off after only a couple days of wearing them, specifically at the heel. Looks like the friction applied by the feet when you put them on and take them off is tearing through the liner. I could understand if it was doing that after several years of usage, but not after only 2 weeks. Next thing is the aluminum liner that's glued on the sole. It may prevent the cold from going through the sole but it enables the liner to slide back and forth on it, depending on the movement you're doing. Honestly, it's the first time I've experienced this "inner-sliding" movement on a pair of winter boots. Adding a bit of gripping on either the sole or the liner would solve this problem I guess. In conclusion, they are ok boots but at their retail price tag, there are better options out there.
