Normally I take size 10 1/2 in shoes, sometimes size 11. Ordered these first in size 11, put on a pair of medium-weight wool socks, and my feet were swimming in these boots. Heavy weight wool socks would not have fixed the problem. Returned boots, ordered size 10 (because Baffin does not make half-sizes) and with the same socks, the left boot felt tight in the toe box, right boot still felt loose. In terms of styling, boots felt huge, both in terms of length and width. Also, I didn't care much for the lacing system. Did not feel like there were sufficient eyelets to be able to tie the boots tightly to the feet. Returned the Baffin's and ordered a pair of Salomon Toundra Pro Snow boots, in size 11. Success!

Most shoes i get are size 12. I ordered size 12 in these and they fit fine BUT I returned them for a a size 13 because in a boot intended for single digit F temps ( and below) I know from past experience I want plenty of room to be able to wiggle my toes to keep the blood circulating. I might even put in some toe warmers. If you are looking for a boot as a fashion statement you might not want these boots because they are thick and heavy and make your feet look big. But if you want a serious cold weather boot I think these are the ticket. They look quality but only time will tell on that. I had a pair from LL Bean which lasted at least 15 years and would have replaced with same but they are no longer available. I considered Sorrels but there were too many bad online reviews concerning the rubber foot splitting.

These allow for extra socks, so them being just slightly larger is good. The pull-out linings are very much appreciated. Delivery was 2 days early; just in time for the next storm and sub-zero weather.

Yes these are the best quality made and feeling boots I've ever worn. Very expensive looking, Lots of Looks from others. I bought very expensive sorels from another company and Returned them. For the price, the Stitching on the sorels was bad, there were scratches on The Leather and the fit was way off. My new baffins make sorel look like a starter company rejected by the shark tank!!

I was looking for a boot that covered my pant legs. These worked but are VERY heavy. I'm a 14 in New Balance and Cole Haan, and these in a 14 were too small. Sad they don't make them bigger.

I purchased a size 10. My foot is a 9 1/2 E width and these boots felt good for me. My goal in buying these boots was to replace a pair of 14 year-old Sorel Caribou boots that had split open at the sole. These Baffin Canada boots were clearly designed with an eye on the Sorel Caribou design. I'm happy to own them.

My husband was way overdue for a new pair of snow boots. He loves them and they are very comfortable. Decent construction and very warm.

Intense boots!! I ordered these for my husband and they came today. They appear super well made, and rugged. They say they can keep your feet warm in temps down to -40 degrees Fahrenheit, which will be great for winter camping. These look like boots you’d wear to the Arctic!
