The Velcro strap on one of my Yukon crocs broke 3 days after I got it and it is something that I can"t take to a shoe repair shop to be repaired because of the design of the holder. It also took over 3 weeks for the crocs to arrive in the mail .

Upset the August New Mexico sun warped my BRAND NEW pair of Croc's. Wow. So unexpected. I bought the shoes and was surprised when after the first day of potential use yet 3 days of owning them noticed they were warped. I bet it was the sun. My 1 of 3 LP records bought at an antique LP store were also warped. I did not like that CROCS with their long-lasting experience as a company has not resolved this issue. Not even willing to upload a picture because shoes are in another room and so upset at the process. I have CROCs other shoes, but never again will I buy a 'meltable' pair to work in the ER as a doctor.

Same issue as my other pair. The size was not true to previous crocs; somehow it was larger. And the wear on the bottom is excessive for the minimal amount of wearing.

I sent this product back and am waiting for my refund. The shoes were too small for my husband.

Looked good but don't fit!!!!

I have reached out twice already about the poor condition my crocs came in with no response either time before I left this review. The heel was morphed/melted almost and cannot be worn. No customer service regarding this either. Just not worth it.

I have 5 pairs of the older version and would start replacing them if not for the fact that they removed the slots.

Returned due to heel strap breaking on a different pair, and the black is not as nice as the brown.

I gave this to my son as an early Christmas gift, and the heel strap on one broke. It was the first pair of Crocs I ordered, and his first pair of Crocs. I was disappointed. He tore off the heel strap on the other one to match and wears them as clogs inside the house only. He didn't want to deal with the return hassle only to find out the same thing will most likely happen again. They are not too tight either.

At first they felt comfortable, but after an hour or so of wear they hurt the bottoms of my feet.

This is much larger than any shoe in the same size. It is so massive it doesn't fit well, poor purchase very disappointed.

These shoes are now much more narrow than they used to be, so now I'll have to mail them back.
