I purchased 7 pair of your shoes and the only problem is they do not measure the same from pair to pair, an 11 may be the same measurement as a pair of 10's, not only from style to style but even with the same style they are different. I normally wear a 10 1/2 so I purchased both 10's and 11's and out of the 7 pair only 3 pair fit really good, the rest are so so, I can wear them, just not for any length of time. I am hoping that they will stretch out a bit. I would send them back for exchange but as there is no rhyme or reason for the differences I could end up with the same problem, not worth the trouble. Other than that I love the ones that fit correctly.

Love the shoes, but the shipping time is a joke. Realize it's free, but 12 days is pitiful.

These were ok but larger than I expecred. Not a good fit

The shoes are great just need a higher insteep.

You've changed the style and look of the Yukons. I like the old style much, much better. I bought 3 pair at once because they are on sale and I wear them for work. Im not going to hassle sending two of the three back, but not sure I'll buy them again. Disappointed.

My husband had this pair before but the new ones make his feet ride over.

They were too large especially in the width and we retuned them.

The shoes fit well; however the heel straps are too short to comfortably secure the heel. Also, the velcro is too short to connect and secure the strap.

I loved these and so I should being I paid a hefty price for them. The bad thing is I was just walking and the side button brushed up against something and it tore the button right off the croc. Now I can't use the strap because the button with the triangle that the strap goes on isn't on there any longer. I have been very careful with these because I paid so much for them and then this happens. Really sad!

One of the Velcro straps is not glues on well at all. After a couple uses it will come off. So we haven't used the shoes yet tile we find a place to fix that!

Over all comfy. But the top leather piece wasn't glued properly and wasn't stitched to the rubber. I've re glued the top and is holding for now. Over priced for a fake piece of leather not even glued correctly.

Not comfortable

I really liked the appearance of the show however they were not comfortable. It was almost as if the the arch support was placed on the wrong side of the shoe. I've had crocs in the past and I was very pleased this shoe however did not live up to the previous pair.

The were very tight. Weren't the same loose fitting as other pairs I've ordered in the past. Honesty I cant even wear them because they run so much smaller.

Really bad quality, the worst crocs I've had.

Leather material delaminated. I'm 30 days over warranty and Croc will not stand by their product. They did offer a 40% coupon. No thanks. Glad there are other choices in this world and I'll take my business and money elsewhere.

A bit tight eventhough I ordered the same size in the Bay Clog which fit perfectly.

Tha shoes were too big and to return them i would have to pay for shipping,really??every other online company offers free return shipping,especially if the product has an inaccurate web description!

Too small

Horrible! Clogs run really narrow and short. Did not for my son at all. Trying to search for a wide and longer bersion

Size 12 men's are extremely small. I normally wear an 11.5 and physically can't put these on. Never buying crocs again.

I loved Crocs Had my last pair for years. Back strap broke. 2 weeks ago and I needed to purchase another pair. Chose this style because it was the only one in the store that had the adjustable strap in the back. Slipped them on in the store and seemed fine. Took them home and strapped them up and my feet were smashed. Super uncomfortable. Called the crocs store to ask about an exchange. Stated cannot exchange due to Covid. Stuck with these shoes now. Spent $60 on them. Garbage. And frankly turned me off from the brand completely. Sad because I was a huge crocs fan. In fact, bought them for my whole family last Christmas. But, a company that won't even allow an exchange when I'm assuming many people tried on the same crocs in the store. Ridiculous. They lost a customer.
