Very comfortable shoe. Love the inside lining. You can really feel the arch support. I needed a brown shoe to go with slacks; the brown isn't my favorite (very dark and muted), however I'll be keeping them based on how great they feel right out of the box. I wear a 9.5 and have a fairly wide toe box, however I rarely have to order a wide shoe. These were ordered 9.5 medium and they fit perfectly.

I've been looking for a replacement for my Franco Sarto 'Nolan' pumps, but with a lower heel. Style-wise, these are almost a perfect match, but they're so narrow I thought I'd ordered the wrong size (I ordered them in wide). Unfortunately these had to be returned.

These are a very classy and work-appropriate shoe, and I am pleased with the look and style. They run a bit on the narrow side, and even with my 8.5 A feet, they were a little snug out of the box. The dark brown color is VERY dark -- almost black -- which I liked but might be off-putting to some.

I bought these to wear with pants to work. I like that they are supportive and cute for long days on my feet. They also seem to make my feet seem smaller than 10-10.5 size they are. All around a win!

These shoes were snug out of the box. Wearing them at work today, and they are perfect! Great arch support and the 8W is true to size. Already received compliments!

I ordered this shoe to be my “between” shoes - for when a heel is too dressy and a flat is just too plain. These will work well with a skirt or nice slacks. They are comfortable and the heel isn’t too high for a normal fast pace of walking. All things considered, I am very pleased and since I am rather picky about shoes that is high praise!

Very versatile shoe, easy to dress up or down, perfect heel height. Sadly returning because shoe is too narrow in toebox for my feet.

They felt great from the moment I tried them on. I ordered my usual size, so they seem true to size. I was thrilled with the arch support. Shoes with much arch support usually hurts one of my feet but this Seems soft and yet supportive, and does not bother either foot. I like the feel of the inside and outside. Good heel height as I have bad knees and too much heel is hard on me. Perfect for what I bought them for.

I ordered my usual size. They are basic, but comfortable and seem to hold up well.

These shoes are very comfortable in all aspects; the leather is soft to the touch and the support is very good. Even though the color is dark red, it has a burgundy shade which I love. It is neat and very well made. It is good for all occasions. I definitely recommend them.

I normally wear 8.5 shoes but after completing numerous rounds of chemotherapy for Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma in 2013 and Breast Ca. in 2017 I lost a lot weight and my feet have shrunk. So I am trying shoes in a size 8. All of my shoes appear very loose on my feet which causes them to slip when I walk. So, I have to use insoles in most of my old shoes. I am now experimenting with a half size smaller. I love the style and heel height of these shoes and I am crazy about the red color which is one of my favorite colors. These shoes feels a tad snug but all of my slip on type shoes give after wearing them awhile. I also have some liquid shoe stretch and shoe trees if necessary. So time will tell about what my actual shoe size will be. But I believe after wearing them a few times I will definitely be happy with my choice.

These shoes exceeded my expectations. They are nicely made and super comfortable. High heels usually feel like all of the weight is in the front of the shoe but in these shoes, the weight actually feels distributed over my whole foot, and that's comfortable. I got them in black for work, but would like to get another color in the near future. I take a wide and it feels perfect.

Love Trotters for their extra width! Perfect shoe for wearing with trousers or a casual skirt with tights. The removable insole allowed a perfect fit for my very high instep.

Great fit and they look nice in the office. I am very pleased.

High quality and comfortable leather shoe. Runs almost a half size larger as I typically where size 7.5B but had to return for a 7.0B. No complaints though, the shoe is an excellent value.

I wear a wide. These fit in the toe box, but slipped on my heel.

I usually wear a 7C, so I can often get away with a 7-7.5M, but since I travel, and am on my feet a lot for work, I opt for a W when available. After reading previous reviews, and due to availability, I ordered a 7.5M and 7.5W, and both were too narrow! So much so that I'm not actually sure the W was wider than the M. Love the style, and they looked terrific, but both are sadly going back.

I have never purchased nor owned a Wide width shoe in my life.....I ordered these in M width and had to force my foot into the shoe. It took me a full 4 minutes to get 1 shoe on. Something is off with this shoe.... or maybe I just got a bad pair. They are really cute though. Return initiated.
