A well-made shoe, comfortable, good arch support. My heel is too narrow to hold the shoe on my foot. My loss.

I wear a Clark’s woman size 6 wide. I feel like this shoe feels even better than that brand. I am very happy with this and thinking about acquiring additional colors.

I normally do not review my purchases, but I was looking for comfortable black pumps that I can wear to work. This foots the bill. The arch support is great with the memory foam insert, which also makes the shoe snug. However, if you want more room in the show, take out the insert, and the shoe is still plenty comfortable. I have a feeling it will mold to my feet the more I wear it, and the leather will mold to the feet. Doesn't need "breaking in".

I loved the look of these shoes and the width seemed good. However even when I went down a half size for a better fit, I still walked out of the heels with my toes at the end. So disappointed to have to return them.

Wide in the heel. I wear a 11 N - nice looking office shoe, comfortable heel height.

The fit was great especiallly across the toe box. I ordered 7.5 EE I have wide feet and it felt good to not have such a snug fit. The arch support also felt good. Unfortunately I have to return them because my left foot is slightly bigger - pushing towards front of the shoe. I'm on my feet quite a bit at work so therefore they would not work-- (would be nice if i could get a size 7.3/4) :)

incredibly narrow. i ordered a WW and it fit like a B. i could barely get my foot in the shoe. beautiful shoe though, a perfect heel height for wearing all day at work. disappointed WW was not a wide.

Shoes are beautiful but felt wider than WW. Size D was too narrow and WW too big. Shoes were slipping off my feet. Unfortunately, I had to return them.

I wish I could have kept these shoes. Nice amount of cushion underfoot, W is wide/soft enough to accommodate my significant bunion, and a nice tailored look for the office--not clunky or heavy. Unfortunately this style just seems to run a tad long, and the smallest size that fit up front still left a large gap behind the heel. For the right foot, these would be a comfortable, quality choice.

I really need a pair of navy shoes for work and I love the style of these, but I must send them back. The shoe feels about a 1/2 size small, but the next 1/2 size up slips off my heel. Also, the arch support in this shoe hits toward the heel instead of mid-foot where my arch is actually located.

Nice shoe, great navy color, very classic look. Feels just a tad big b/c my heel seems to come out when I walk. Not sure if I could go down a full half size. I'll just plan to adjust the type of sock I wear with it to make up for it. Heel was a little chunkier than I thought from the picture but still a nice looking shoe.

Pefect and no problems after wearing a full day.

I love everything about these shoes except for the heel -- it is too wide and it slips off of my feet when I walk. I'm not going to return them, because they otherwise fit perfectly. I plan to purchase some inserts for the heel that will keep them from slipping off. I like that this shoe has a removable liner incase I want to wear a thicker sock with them. They are extremely comfortable, which is hard to find when you have a narrow foot.

I would definitely size up a half size. The shoe just wasn't comfortable for me, but I felt if I went up a half size the heel would be too wide.

These were cute but kept falling off my heel. I considered sizing down but was worried the tow would be too tight because it bordered on too tight already. I have "flipper feet" -- wide toes, narrow heels -- and these were just not the style for me.

These appeared to have been repackaged but not damaged or worn, such as original packing of the toe in one shoe (no stretcher rod or other packing) but no packing at all in the other, and tissue paper was fairly crinkled up. Not that this has any bearing on the shoes themselves, but a side observation. I was so hopeful for a brown pair of loafers. These appeared of fairly good quality, a bit more of a 'flat' brown color than anticipated from the online photos, but I could have been okay with that. They also appeared less stylish somehow from the photos, somewhat 'old lady'ish'. But the real issue was walking right out of the heels with each step. I have a medium width foot, usually a 10, sometimes 9.5 if the shoe runs large. I don't have narrow feet and rarely have issues with a heel being too loose. I was sorry to need to return them. Brown loafers (that aren't penny loafers) seem hard to find.

These shoes are exactly what I was looking for, except they are too short. I think the larger size will be too wide. I wear Trotters shoes almost exclusively and ordered my usual size. The quality and style are very nice.

These Trotters Quincy pumps in navy are very flattering on my foot and the leather is nice. The color isn't quite what I hoped for, it looks a little...off, like faded navy, but not to say the leather IS faded, it's just not a strong color. I ordered these in February 2019, the first pair was in my size, 9 1/2 W, but they were way too long. I returned them and ordered a 9 W, but it was too narrow, so on the third try I got a 9 WW. These fit better and I can wear them, however, they still slip off my heel, so I've put heel cushion pads in them, and they help. I also put pads in the toe for the ball of my foot as the insole padding was insufficient for me. Lastly, the material which lines the underside of the vamp over the toes is abrasive to my skin. Even wearing stockings or trouser socks doesn't protect my toes from being rubbed raw. The only way I can wear these shoes is to place another cushion pad, or moleskin, over that material. So, with all three cushions in place, I can wear these shoes, and they look great, lol!

This shoe runs long and narrow. I typically wear 7M, but in this shoe the 6.5W was a good fit. However, the shoes squeaked and I had to return them.

The first pair I order 7N which is my true size. The heel slipped off my foot. Then I ordered 6 1/2 and could not get my foot in it. I give up
