First, do NOT order a size down. I am a size 10 and have always ordered size 9's in the UGG Ultimate - have gone through 2 of them in the past 10 years. I read the reviews where others stated they were more narrow and seemed smaller so took a chance and ordered a 10 and they are snug - but not anymore snug then when I first got my old ones, size 9. If I had ordered a size 9 in this new "revival" model, they would not have fit at all. So the jury is out until tomorrow after I give them a full day's wear around the house to determine their "stretch-ability" factor like the old model. I have some pics below. Mine are 6 yrs old and look it. They get worn every single day, even in the summer (on cool mornings) - to the market, around town, in the garden, at the barn, in the rain and snow so basically everywhere so they look like they have been through it all. The 2nd photo shows the soles - very different style and the new ones size 10 on the left, measure 4" across at the ball of the foot area whereas my old size 9's measure 4 1/2" in the same exact area so yes, they are a little more narrow than the old model but that is why you need to order your true size! Style is a tad different but I actually like it better - way less clunky looking, toe area is tighter and less bulky looking (not pointy, just not as rounded, if that makes sense) and that is the only thing I am worried about since I do have wide feet. I hope they stretch quickly like the old ones did. If they do, even at this steep price of $199 (paid $129 at the local shoe store for my 2012 pair), I will order another pair because who knows, they may discontinue the Ultimate again and you can't beat Zappos' next day delivery and free returns, right?!

THE RETURN TO QUALITY! Let’s face it folks, Ugg quality has plummeted over the years. You can usually see the glue at the seams, the footbed used to be removable and thick, and they were orthotic friendly. I used to be a true Ugg user and the last pair of well made boots was 2010. The ultra short was my favorite and when I saw these I said , why not. Holy. Crap. The quality was awesome! It’s orthotic friendly if you buy a size bigger , as they are more narrow. I took off one star because this new footbed is flimsier. It was worth the $$$$$.

These boots are 1/2" to 3/4" narrower than the classic boot.

Loved the old version and really wanted a new pair to replace my damaged pair. However, this was more narrow and definitely fits smaller than the old. Please bring back the rounded toe version

Compared to the original, I LOVE the sole. So much better for slick winter sidewalks and parking lots. But other than that I’m pretty unimpressed. I’ve only had them for a few weeks and I feel like they’ve stretched out more than my old uggs ever did in several years. The upper face is looking worn already, with just normal wear. It’s getting fuzzy along the stitches around the edges. Not sure how long these will hold up ?

I did not buy this boot right away since my feet are wide and many reviewers said it was narrow. After purchasing other boots on Zappos that fit me well and other reviewers had said were narrow, I decided to give this boot a try. I bought my normal UGG size 8 (which is also my normal size in any footwear) in the Chestnut color. These boots fit as perfect as all my other UGGs, look very nice and are SUPER comfy. I did not feel they were narrow at all. I read some people saying this version is on the cheaper side than the previous version. I’ve never had the previous version so this boot to me is GREAT. Highly recommend giving it a try!

I was thrilled to see that the UGG Ultra Short Revival boot was again available at Zappos. My first pair is at least 12 years old and needed to be replaced but my other UGG boots don't have the sturdy sole and reinforced heel and toe that I like for hiking and walking the dog. I normally wear a 7.5 shoe but have taken a 7 in UGGS. After reading comments about sizing, I finally decided that i would go with the suggestion to order the boots in my normal UGG size. They fit perfectly and I am so happy to finally be able to throw out my old boots that I've comfortably worn for thousands (?) of miles over the years.

I read the reviews and as so many said this boot runs narrow and small, I ordered a size up. Mistake. These boots evidently run true to size. Maybe they are more narrow than the original wide footed boot, but I would not say theses run narrow as a boot in general. I wear a 7 to 7 1/2 depending as I have a short but wider foot with a high instep. I ordered the 8 and it was huge! Even with a thick sock.

I've Been Missing Out! I just purchased a pair of Uggs Revival Short boot (my first pair of Uggs EVER) and I'm thrilled. The color is not one that I particularly care for, but because these will be used primarily indoors on chilly evenings I didn't mind it. To give them their first true test for warmth, I went outdoors with them (not far) without socks. Now, if anyone knows me, they know my extremities are ALWAYS cold and it is for this reason that I wear this type of Shearling boot (formerly Bear Paws) in the home. These are so much more comfortable than Bear Paws. They feel so cushy and my toes are nicely enveloped around the warm footbed. I may have to go ahead and purchase a pair for outdoor wear too. Help! I might just go UGG crazy, lol!

My 12yr old granddaughter wore out her tall gray Ugg boots by the end of winter and wanted to try a different style. Her shoe size is usually a 7 so I thought an 8 Ugg would work. It's about a half size too big but Lauren said they're fine with socks. I'm shopping around for another tall style as a Christmas gift. She likes the Short Revival but loves the tall boots. The camel color is already showing some stains...next time around she'll get black!

These boots are so comfortable! Do not order a size down, they run true to size. My feet a narrow so I didn't have any problem with the toe bed being too narrow. They are my new favorite boot, so well made and cosy.

The sales photo of these wonderful boots doesn't do them justice. I bought a clone of these years ago from LL Bean because I couldn't find this style through UGG. I've tried many times to replace the clone (they gave out after many years of walking my doggies and hard use), but have never found them again until now. I always send back the classic UGG boots as none of them are quite as satisfying as the Ultra Revival. The white stitching around the sole is the only thing I don't like about them, but that's an easy problem to fix. I haven't worn these boots yet so don't know how they will hold up, but am so happy to have them and hope they don't discontinue them again. I'm a size 8, ordered a size 8 and they're perfect fit.

The Ugg Ultra Short Revival is sturdier and a bit narrower than the Short Classic, but I didn't need to size down. They were a bit snug at first, but after an hour of wearing them they were perfect. I normally wear 7.5 in shoes and 7 in Uggs, including the Ultra Short Revival. I recommend getting your usual Ugg size.

I wear a size 8 M shoe and the size 8 in these boots fits perfectly. I love how they look, not so wide and clompy as some other styles. Very comfortable.

Fits well I was expecting it to be a lil tight based off the reviews. However it fits true to size for me. I wear a size 8 in uggs and that was the size I ordered.

I am a long-time UGG wearer, used to have these long ago and wore them out, so, I decided to get these because I like the sole for outdoor use. They are as expected though I have yet to put them to use. I like the color, they match my Pug, who is Fawn color. Oh, they do run a size small so buyer beware!

I have UGG of Austraila boots that have been a dream for too many years to remember. They are a women's size six, so I ordered a six. The sixes were too small, too narrow, and the nice rounded toe box has been tapered off - a revival, but not a match for my beloved UGGs. I ordered the next size up, which are okay on the length, but a little snug on the width because of the tapered toe box - definitely not as roomy as they used to be. There is nothing like suede shearling boots for cold windy days, so I am I glad I could utilize the free returns to order the next size up. Thanks Zappos.

I hadn't owned a pair of UGGs in years so when I tried on the classic short boot I was surprised that the quality wasn't what I remembered it to be. The ultra short revival though maintains that level of quality that I remember. In my opinion. They sole as well as the whole boot feels sturdier. And I love the slight style difference. So glad they still have this option!

Fits perfect..soft and very warm..i don't even have to wear socks and in Minnesota winter's socks are a must with most boots..I'm so happy with my boots!! Thanks!

I have to say, I have two pairs of the old style Ugg Ultimate Classic (numerous pairs of Classic Uggs) and these are not of the same quality, craftsmanship; unfortunately. With that being said, I took a chance and ordered my size as I do for Ugg Classics and pleased. Had I ordered up (size 9) as other's suggested, I would have been swimming in the boot or had to wear a sock. My size is normally 8.5-9 and would prefer wide but as we know, Uggs tend to stretch. Thankfully they were sold out of size 9 so I ordered an 8. Upon arrival, they were snug in the toe box (toes up to the top) but gave them a chance and wore them the next day on errands and they did stretch. This is day 3 of wearing and no complaints on size. The heel seems a bit loose but doable (I don't have narrow heels); I don't have to struggle pulling them on as with some of my other Uggs. I think my only real complaint is that the wool lining is a lot thinner than my other Ugg boots and I can feel the stitching across my toes, scratchy; predominantly on the right side; left not as bad; I figure this will give in time as well, so I'm keeping them. I do tend to think these might have been a return because there were no stickers to remove from the soles as when I purchase a "new" pair and the tissue in the box was a bit crumpled. I couldn't find any marks of wear, so I'm okay with it and I'm a complete nitpicker; especially when you're paying the price, which I got on sale! All around, they keep the tootsies warm, no socks and I'll be wearing these out in the wet elements of Northern California.

What's to say about UGGS that hasn't been said before? They fit true to size and they're warm. I prefer this style instead of the classic because it has a little bit more of a sole to it, which provides a little bit better support (in my mind anyway). This is not my first pair and probably won't be my last. i have one complaint, the dye in the black boots completely blackens my feet and i hate it. Id hoped by now that UGGS would have figured out a way to improve this. i watched a couple of lame YouTube videos and googled to see if there were any "life hacks" to avoid this. But sadly not really. So because of this, i cannot wear my UGGS as intended (sockless) I like being sockless, but in these i must have socks, which will all undoubtedly be stained because of the boots. yesterday some of the dye bled through the sock and my foot was black anyway. **sigh**

These Ugg's look much better on me than the classic Ugg boots which make my 7.5 foot look huge. I’m a size 7.5. I ordered these in size 7 and they were too tight and hurt my toes. I’m usually a 7 in Ugg boots. I should’ve ordered an 8. These are true to size and if you’re in between sizes, I’d recommend going up a half size. They are nice looking and nothing is more comfortable for me than a pair of Ugg boots.

I normally wear size 7 in the classic Ugg but went with reviews and ordered up. My standard shoe size is 7 1/2 to 8. They are slightly big should’ve stuck with size 7. The quality of the shoe is excellent. They are not heavy which is good for an all weather boot.
