The right slipper kept falling off my foot. The strap kept sliding down. That is my larger foot so the slipper should have felt smaller on the right foot. The left strap was fine. The right strap must have been a little longer so it kept falling down.

These are fluffy, however they are harder than a sneaker. The bottom is hard like a dress shoe almost. The sizing is off too, ordered my normal size and they are about a 1/2 size to bad.

Adult granddaughter has been wanting a pair of of slippers so I got her these..They are hard and uncomfortable.

I put on these adorable slippers and was running around my living room, getting ready fora zoom meeting. Unfortunately, my foot slipped over the side of the slipper, the cute UGG elastic strap did not hold my foot, and I fell. Luckily, nothing broke but I definitely have bruises. I will be 64 on my next birthday, and would not recommend this product to anyone in my age range!

The quality of the product is not what I expected. They seemed cheaply made. The fabric that was used feels cheap, unlike their blanket fabric. I returned them because they're not worth the price.

I felt like a kid on Xmas when my shoes finally arrived! I when I got them outta the box, stickers off & cut the back straps off so I could wear them (Disabled). This was when I noticed the sloppy craftsmanship. The sole's are misshapen & jagged. Dried glue can be seen clumped on fur randomly as well as attempt to attach to misshapen soles

My girlfriend picked them out for Valentine's Day thinking they were like slippers but they weren't and they were very uncomfortable I will say you guys did refund me my money very fast and I thank-you for that

The shoe didn't fit properly at either whole size I tried. It also has a very hard bottom that is elevated and thin making the shoe hard to walk in without falling.

I was super excited to wear them. and they had mentioned that the shoe usually runs a little big so I bought a size smaller. Yet it was a little to tight so I exchanged it to a size bigger yet even a bigger size the shoe is super uncomfortable. It was very tight, and the shoe is very hard. I was looking for a very comfortable shoe and this one wasn't.

I won't buy this particular pair but will continue to buy others I usually buy every new item. But the floer print is not bold or noticeable maybe because of the color I purchased. But I love the ugg brand and will always support!

Both me and my daughter have the black pair, it stains our feet and won't come off even after scrubbing in the shower. Ugg how do I get this off?

I would not purchase again. They hurt across the top of my foot, whatever fabric or product used inside is hard and very stiff. It does not flex with movement of your foot, therefore resting on the bone and causes pain.

I just couldn't wear them outside,THEY LOOK LIKE SLIPPERS. RETURNED THEM, they might be great for someone with foot problems.

Never again you need wider sizes. I'm a single mom and that's what I chose for my Christmas present and I can't even wear it

I was disappointed with the comfort. I was expecting them to be much more comfortable but they aren't.

I got a size 8 and I have wide feet and I can't fit them

We got the black color - which I absolutely adore how they feel and look. However, when we where them our feet literally are stained black and it does not come off in the bath. I'm disappointed because I love them so much. Maybe other colors do not do that I'm not sure..

Got this slippers for Christmas and the fur part start coming off. Less than 2 months later the heel part got white patches where the fur is missing

Recently received as a Christmas gift and have worn them a couple times with out socks and my feet end up black from the dye and bathing soap doesn't even remove the stain!

To me this is a slipper but I know other wear them out however, even with the strap I have found my heal sliding off the slipper. Almost twisting my ankle. And it's not that it was purchased too large. They tend to loosen up with wear but to almost break a neck is not cool. I love the warmth Ugg's bring to my feet, but I gotta be able to stay on my feet!

I loved the comfort of this slide, however after two months the inside of slide is worn out and they look like I have had them for years. For the price of the slipper, I feel like the comfort and wear should last longer than two months.

Cheaply made with no support

I bought these in a 6, which is my size in almost every shoe. They were too small, so I exchanged them for a 7. The 7 is too big, and now I can't return them.
