Not soft at all and just not worth the money even at sale price

I returned the product because it had a defect. Please review my previous order, and I am still waiting on the replacement order or a full refund.

So i originally ordered a 7.5 and my toes and heel both fit really close to the edge so I went up to an 8 which fit great- however the heel strap was too loose and slips off. The way its made makes not sense as this is a common complaint. Frustrated, I went to a shoe cobbler to see what they could do. The informed me not only was it not well made but the strap itself is embedded inside the side of the slipper therefore making it very difficult to cut the strap, shorten and sown tighter in. I buy a lot of ugg shoes and this was very disappointing.

The slippers were soft as expected but unfortunately it lacked in comfort. What I didn't expect was for the sole of the slippers to be so hard and so firm. It definitely did not have a slipper- like feel. It felt like I was wearing fluffy wooden-sole platforms around the house. Every other Ugg boot I have had I have absolutely loved but I would not recommend these particular slippers to anyone if you're looking for that traditional soft bottom feel.

Being an ugg product I expected these to be leather and fleece not polyester

I was disappointed with this purchase and will be returning. They are very soft but they are so uncomfortable. This is the second pair of ugg slippers I've bought this year that I will need to return due to how uncomfortable they are. The top part of the slipper has a rough piece that rubs through the fur against my foot.

The color was so mismatched. I had to return the shoe.

I did not recieve my slide. No explanation . I was refunded my money . I really wanted the slide.

I assumed all UGG slippers were quality sheepskin but you have to check as they vary. What I don't understand is why you're charging over $100 for an inexpensive material, same as the sheepskin. I returned them and bought a similar slipper for $100 less at the mall.

very disappointed. these run small and tight/narrow around the toes. they are not soft and comfy. the soles are hard as a brick. i returned them right away. do not recommend for cozy, indoor house slippers.

Skip. The material is as fake as it can be. Not quality fake neither. They run true to size comfortable. If you are a half size size up, or learn the return process. I am truly disappointed. I would not mind dropping a prettier penny for better quality. I am not buying Koolaburra quality to compromise on price. Did n o t like. Might have kept them if they were the right sizec'est la vie. Expect better.

I just received my shoes today a size 12 and they feel like a size 9 I can't even fit them I been waiting on these shoes since March when they sold out in my size. I'm thinking to not purchase anymore after this disappointed. I wish I could give zero star

I received the black and red for Christmas and they stain my feet black. Even body wash after scrubbing will barely remove the stain. Very embarrassing when you go to get a pedicure as well. Would suggest another color.

This is my third pair of Ugg slippers and my others were wonderful. These fluff yeah are a fluff no. I bought them for indoor only and my heels are killing me. They are slippery and have twisted my ankle several times. I am still trying to figure out what the band on the back is for because it hangs off my ankle. I so wish I could get my money back.

Not for wide feet

I bought these to wear indoors on my new hard wood floors and they were not comfortable. Returned!

I purchased these slides and i can't use them. The inside of the store is slippery and makes it difficult to walk. Twisted my ankle twice. Unfortunately i wouldn't be using them and a total waste of my money
