Rubs heel pretty badly until boots are broken in. Wear thick socks with heel cushion. I did not have this issue with the duck boots.

These boots are amazingly warm and very cute, however they didn't last as long as I expected for the price. I bought them last fall and started wearing them in December. I only wore for short spans of time-mostly to and from work when the weather was bad. After a month or two, one of the boots started making this horrible squeaking noise every step I took. I spent hours trying to find the source/reason behind it but I couldn't pinpoint it. I had to stop wearing them, because the constant squeaking noise was too annoying to listen to. If that hadn't started, I'd still be wearing them.

I really loved these boots at first. I work at an office and needed something to wear to and from work (I change out of them once I get to the office). They look great and are super warm and comfortable- I was so thrilled with this purchase. Unfortunately, after only a few months of wear (and not wearing them everyday or all day), the right boot has started squeaking when I walk. There is no visible wear on the sole, so I can't understand why it's happening or how to fix it. It's obnoxious enough that I'm going to have to stop wearing them already. I'm so bummed, because I really liked them, but sounding like I'm stepping on a baby duck every step I take is just too annoying for me and anyone that happens to be near me.

I was excited about these boots and I like the look. However I took them to Colorado to play in the snow and unfortunately my toes were Freezing. They're great for cold weather but maybe just not so great in the snow. :)

Not as warm as I expected. They wear nicely but start to bother around the calf after a while.

Not as warm as I thought they'd be and kind of annoying that there is no way to tighten them up at the top bc they fit my feet but are loose at the ankle. I like the way they look and they're pretty comfortable.

These boots are definitely cute, but are not warm or the most comfortable. I find I have to wear them unzipped. Disappointed that I cannot just slip them on and off with ease.

I'm very disappointed that these stylish boots run both short and narrow. I have several pairs of Sperry boots and shoes that have fit perfectly. Sadly, these boots do not. I'm very disappointed to have to return them. As a further comment, I would expect these boots to be sized larger to provide for thicker, extra warm socks, I couldn't even wear normal socks in these boots without them being tight.

I've had them for about a month I bought a second pair I loved them so much, thank goodness I did because my first pair the laces wore out which is a down fall due to the price, I thought they would last longer...looks like I'm going have to purchase replacement laces since these are my favorite boots!!

Bought these and within a few months the actual zipper pull broke off.

I really like these boots and they keep my feet warm during cold winter days in Michigan (unless I am standing in half a foot of snow for a while, then they get chilly). I have enjoyed these boots a lot BUT I have only had them TWO months (wearing them a few times a week) and the brown rubber is already detaching from the bottom of the shoe... I love Sperry boots but am pretty disappointed about this pair coming apart so quickly.

I really wanted to love these boots as they are super cute and stylish but I'm kind of perplexed at all the reviews saying that they run big and are comfortable. I usually wear an 8.5 in shoes and I currently wear a 9 in the boots I own now which are the Sperry saltwater duck boots (which I've owned for 2 years and were comfortable right out of the box). I ordered the 9 in these and they feel really snug in the toe box(which is odd because I have pretty narrow feet) so I ordered the 9.5 and my foot is sliding out of the heel as I walk and they still feel uncomfortable and stiff in the toe box. I'm in a quandary about whether I should keep them and if I do which size to keep??? I'm afraid they will stay uncomfortable and not stretch ar all. Maybe they are just not for me, which is sad because I love them.

Nice looking and comfortable enough boot. Tried to tighten laces and one snapped with very little pull. The leather laces are way too soft and lack all strength.

I ordered the tan/blue boots. Disappointed in color... the tan was more of a brown so it's not like the picture :(

I wore these for the first snowfall last week, because they aren't very tall and are loose around the ankles, they filled with snow. We got about 5 inches and boots were useless. They would be fine and comfortable for smaller amount of snow or maybe just getting around after snow is cleaned up. Otherwise cute and comfortable.

I'm a college student and bought these at the beginning of last semester for when I'd be walking in the rain to my classes. These were a huge disappointment. They squeak super loud and never stopped. It's not from the sole it's from the leather. They also cause huge blisters on the backs of my heels, even when I wear bandaids and sports tape. They rub immediately. I thought at first I had to break them in but it never got any better. My roommate has a pair in a different color and hers work fine. Disappointing and expensive mistake. They're cute and warm, but I ultimately avoid wearing them unless I have to.

The inside of these boots are not lined and the seam between the shaft and the boot was very noticeable and bothered me instantly. I knew I wouldn't be able to wear these comfortably, so had to return

Nice looking boots, but sizing is quite small - am women's 9 1/2 or 10, ordered 10 but it's too tight in the toe box for sock and other areas cause blisters.

They are extremely slippery on even minimally wet surfaces. They are warm but not suitable gor snowed or wet surfaces which completely defeats their purpose
