Purchased a 10.5Narrow. The shoes were too wide. Making gaps on each side of the shoe with every step. Very disappointed, usually I love Soft Walk products. I had to wear for a wedding so I can’t return the shoes.

I have wide feet at the front with bunions, but a narrow heel, and I need decent arch support. Finding attractive flats is a challenge, but these fit very well and I’m happy with the way they look.

My feet are very wide and finding flats that are comfortable continues to be a challenge. These shoes were not structured enough, so while the toebox didn't pinch, my feet spread out like pancakes with each step. Unfortunately, I wore them outside just one time, and the leather at the heel cup (where the heel of the shoe meets the sole) scuffed on the ground to the point that they are unwearable again. Disappointed with this purchase and returning the second pair (in another color) that I purchased.

These are hideous. Ordered wide and they pinched, even though I can usually wear a regular width.

These shoes look nice out of the box. My feet are true 5-1/2B, but they started hurting before my toes were completely in the shoes. The material is somewhat rigid, not as soft as I thought. They definitely are not comfy flats for me. Returned.

I loved the look of these flats but the fit didn't measure up to a normal 91/2 N. I have terrible feet to fit: bunions, no arches, narrow heels. These felt tight in width and length and the material seemed stiff. Overall, it didn't fit like 91/2 N.

Last year I was able to go on a trip of my dreams. We planned to visit some upscale restaurants and venues. I soon realized that my usual Nike walking shoes wouldn't do. I needed something more polished which I could walk in all day. I purchased these and, in comfort, tromped all over Paris. Very pleased.

So comfortable soft and like wearing a bedroom slipper only better .stylish and attractive too.

Great fit even though I ordered larger than my usual size.

I bought black a few years ago also wanted navy but at the time you did not have navy. i just ordered navy and love them. i had the same flats (as we called them) in the 60's, i loved them so comfortable. i am happy to have both Navy and black.

I have found the Softwalk brand to be very reliable, and these shoes are no exception. I wear them weekly to my office job.

Overall a very good shoe.

I loved the look of these shoes, unfortunately my normal size 8 was too tight in the toe area, so had to return. I had purchased an 8 in the black leather ballet flat, same brand, and those fit perfectly.

These are such cute flats, and very comfortable with a bit of arch support. BUT--if you have a bunion they may not work for you. They bothered mine, around the rim of the shoe it just hit it in the right spot to make it hurt. I have to send them back, sadly. I ordered a 9W, and if it wasn't for that problem I would've been very happy and ordered more colors! So if you have regular feet, or just need a wide size, I definitely recommend trying these.

Loved the shoes, however, they arrived stretched and worn esp the right shoe.

These are super comfortable when you have a double wide foot! Hard to find a flat dress shoe for extra wide feet, these fit the bill. They are a little plain, so I may dress them up with a clip on earring or bow. But overall I am happy with them.

Comfy, cute and true to size and width!

these are well made, but the fit is terrible. The topside is cut so it exactly and tightly intersects the knuckle of your big toe. These were too painful to even stand up in.

This is the updated Shiraz. They look identical except Sonoma is wider and a bit longer. Sonoma fits more like other Softwalk shoes.

This is my second pair of these shoes. I just love them! I have a wide foot which means limited choices, so I'm thrilled when I find shoes that are comfortable and look good. These flats are my most-worn shoes!
