So comfortable! I wear a 10 narrow and these are a perfect fit. My toes have plenty of room and the heels don't flop when I walk. I ordered mocha, which sounds like it would be dark brown, but these are a lighter, beautiful, unique color. I will be checking to see what other colors I can use because I love these shoes.

The support in these shoes is great! Unfortunately, the leather on the top of one shoe was peeling. I am going to return and reorder because they seem like perfect shoes to wear in a busy office.

These are nicely cushioned, but didn't look as pictured to me. I don't care for the black sole on a light colored shoe or the darker colored toe area. They also pinched me slightly in the toes and I have regular width feet. Nicely cushioned with arch support, so maybe they will work for someone else!

I bought these shoes to wear for a funeral, so I wasn't much paying attention to the style. After the funeral, I noticed that they are the weirdest shaped shoes you can imagine. Instead of pointing *forward*, the toes point inward. Dramatically so. They make you look pigeon-toed or like a witch. I'm really disappointed because they cost $100 and once you wear them, you can't get your money back. Also, the photos online are deceiving. They make it look like the points of the shoes point *forward* but they most definitely don't! Deceptive photography at play here. Too bad, because they are comfortable and would be really cute if it weren't for the weird design flaw.

Agree with the review below...The leather is worn and horrible looking after less than two months. The quality is not what I'd expect. Its embarrassing how they look and my daughter can no longer wear them.

This model of shoe has varying toe box space depending on color. The cut above the toes/arch is sometimes “lower” which makes for more comfort in the box. Some I’ve received in the past have had a higher cut, more toward ankle- the variance is slight but it makes a difference.

I was hesitant to buy flat shoes as they generally have really poor arch support. These shoes are GREAT! These are my first SoftWalk shoes and I will definitely be looking to buy more!

This shoe was super comfortable but unfortunately the top area wasn't wide enough to accommodate my bunions. The arch support and material were fabulous though and they're very cute flats for people without feet issues!

I have a wide foot with a thin heel.....a common condition for women, I think. Anyway, I had to put heel pads in, but that is not unusual. These are super cute and I got several comments the few times I have worn them....I may get another color .... I got the snake skin pair, they go with a lot. Very cute.

My SoftWalk flats are consistently my most comfortable shoes. They're great for long days at the office with a 20 minute walking commute on either end. I had been looking for a pair of "cognac" colored flats and the "caramel brown" color is perfect! They go with everything.

Great shoes. They feel like slippers but are cute dressy flats. Can walk FOREVER in them. Will purchase more!!

The footbed of these shoes is incredibly comfortable, nice and squishy that makes them a pleasure to stand in. These took a couple of weeks for me to break in-- the upper was rubbing my feet in a few spots, but I seem to have gotten to the point where this is not an issue anymore and I am able to wear them daily to the office. The shape (rounded front that covers my toes but does not elongate the foot), as well as the simple versatile look, was just what I look looking for, as they can be dressed up or down. I have had them for a few months and they seem to be holding up pretty well.

It took awhile to find a good fit but I endured because I could feel that these shoes could be very very comfy if I got the fit right! They have an insert that is really comfortable (can be removed if you have orthotics though). I have a really cranky right foot that doesn't like many shoes and it took some wearing on the carpet for a bit for these to loosen up in the toe box to feel good but alas, give them some time and they seem to be really good at molding to your foot size. I purchased wides to accommodate that cranky foot and then of course it makes them a bit too wide in the heel, but after some pads inserted at the heel, even this was overcome! As far as looks, they are basic, nothing great and they have an slight overtint of a darker color on the bottom half of the shoe that is kind of weird and I would have preferred them to not have that...but it's not that noticeable so in that they fit....I am a happy camper. Thank you Zappos for being a store that allows you to try again and again to finally find a shoe that fits weird feet! ha!

I own three different colors in the Sonoma. Extremely comfortable. Goes well with just about anything. My foot is wide and this shoe is great since it offers more than one choice in choosing a wide width. I'm always a 6 1/2 and this shoe is true to it's length sizes.

I wear a size 6 medium, however, the 6 in this shoe was too long and slipped off my heel. I had to exchange the 6 for a size 5 1/2 and the fit is perfect! This shoe is a dress up or dress down. I'm 5' 3" and 130 lbs. if this helps! If you are looking for a very basic black shoe, this is it!

A pretty shoe. Very soft and plenty wide even with a bunion on one of my feet. I gave it 4 stars for comfort due to only a small amount of arch support. I am keeping them though as I just will be careful if I have a lot of walking to do as they may or may not work for that. I am excited to wear them this Fall as the color is beautiful.

Comfortable shoes for ballet flats. I wear these at work at my standing desk, and they work well. I plan to bring them to Europe where there will be plenty of walking. I will say it is a narrow cut that pinches the top of the foot right behind the big toe joint. I think this is due to the shoes being cut a bit more further up the foot than their ballet flats. I am hoping as the shoes break in they will relax in this spot. Soles of the shoes are comfy. If I didn’t have a Zappos promo code I used, I would think they were over priced due to the pinching.

I kind of hate to give these less than 5 stars, since the problems that cause me to return these are about my feet, not about the shoe. I have very high arches, and the slope of my foot is such that the top edge of the toe portion cut into my feet in a painful way. Also, I have narrow heels, and my heel kept slipping out of the shoe. On the plus side, the shoes appear well made and look great. If you have normal heel width and somewhat flattish feet, I'm sure these would be great shoes for you.

Unfortunately, the top of the shoe was too low cut and hit right at a bunion on my left foot. Otherwise they would have been okay.

A simple flat shoes was what I was looking for and this is a cute shoe. It felt too narrow for a WW. The main reason they didn't work for me was there isn't enough support. I need something between my feet and the side walk. I'll have to look for something with more of a sole and cushioning inside.

I was so excited about these that I bought 2 pairs. After only having them a few months, both pairs are totally torn up; more than I've ever seen with a pair of flats. So ridiculous for them to not be more durable, considering the amount of money I paid.

Very comfortable nice looking shoe. Originally I ordered a half size up, as suggested, and they were too big, so I ordered my normal size 8 and they were just fine.

This is my go to flat. It’s dressy but understated. The comfort is beyond any other brand I wear. This style is well made and the finish on the black leather is a nice low luster. So far my first pair has lasted over 5 years and still works with my outfits and looks like new.
