A bit wider than what I usually wear but I was afraid that if I went to a M then it would be too narrow for my neuropathic foot. I love the look and style so I am keeping them.

Felt true to size until I started walking; then immediately heal slipped up and down, even after putting on knee highs. Disappointed!

Have a pair of these shoes in size 8W. Tried a 7.5W to see if it would fit better. It didn’t—too small. The 8W is a bit too loose in the heel. Am going to try the fabric pieces you can put in heel.

the issue for me is that the front top cuts right into the top of the big toe joint. If you have bunions or high arches, consider a half size longer or a size wider. It may be that this ballet cut just won't work on my feet.

Wore them for the first time today, all day at work. Ouch. I had no-show socks on but still got blisters on my heels and around my toes. I’m not giving up. Hopefully they’ll break in after a couple of wears.

Size and fit were OK but one place on the edge, back from my big toe, rubbed on my skin and was quite uncomfortable. Otherwise, they were fine. I returned them.

This color "mocha" looked like a skin tone on the website but in person it looks like diarrhea color

The size on the pair I received is incorrect. Supposed to be 7.5 WW and felt like a 6.5 Medium width.

So comfortable. Unfortunately, they just aren’t very stylish. Great arch support and fit.

It is a super cute shoe, but the top of the shoe cuts into the top of my big toes.

I chose an 8.5, EE. There was sufficient width in the toe area, but the heel was much to wide, with a lot of gapping at the arch as I walked. Apparently a good fit in the toes caused the overall shoe to feel a half size larger; there was a danger of tripping over my own feet. The leather uppers are very pretty, neither too soft nor too stiff. The overall style is simple and easy to wear with slacks, skirts or jeans and is one of my favorites. I should note that the heel is extremely low, possibly an 1/8 inch. I prefer 3//8 to 1/2 inch for a flat. In short they have been returned.

After reading reviews, I had great hope for these to be my non-sneaker walking shoes for an upcoming European trip. They are well made, sturdy, with good arch support and wide toe box. Simple, but able to be relaxed or dressy. Unfortunately, for me, the structure was too stiff, bothering my toes. Sadly, I will be returning.

The size was 1/2 size too small for me. However even if I had ordered a larger size, it wouldn't have worked for me. All of my toes are now hammer toes. Ugh IF a shoe has any give to it, the toes protrude or well you can really notice them and it makes the shoe uncomfortable for me. So this only effects me & my feet. It's a good looking shoe and well made.

I have narrow feet and heels. This did not feel like a narrow shoe at all. The shoe itself is very flimsy and gapped around my foot and slipped off my heel when walking. I removed the cushioned insole thinking it might help, but it was just as bad. I wouldn’t try this shoe if you have narrow feet.

These slipped in the heel and I don’t have narrow heels. Also the sides flared out weirdly when I walked in them.

Nice quality but overall too wide to walk comfortably. Loved the lining. I'm sorry to return but just not adaptable.

These were at least half a size if not a full size too small for me. I did appreciate that the footbed was comfortable. I didn't like that the part that went over my toes and top of my foot was tight- or would be if they were the right size.

The shoes are cute and comfortable but the color was listed as navy. I was expecting a darker color these are more gray blue. Sent them back for this reason.

Nice shoes, wish they would have fit. I needed a little narrower and longer.

These shoes SQUEAK. Just trying them on across my kitchen floor I knew I couldn't keep them. My coworkers would be able to hear me coming from down the hall! Plus, they were too large and not the most comfortable. They're going back.

I have 2 other pairs of Softwalk Sonoma in the same size and width (10.5 WW) that fit perfectly; I bought them about 2 - 4 years ago. This pair of 10.5 WW flops off my heel when I walk. I tried to swap inserts, and this floppy pair's inserts are larger also! (Inserts and shoes are all marked with their correct respective size of 10.5.) Incidentally, I also bought this same shoe in 10 WW and it's too tight in both width and length.

I really wanted to like these shoes as the nubuck leather in red was so lovely, but besides having the same issues with the 9.5 WW Shiraz from SoftWalk, feeling too long and me not liking the arch cushion, this style had a strangely voluminous toe area. There was way too much height there. This may be a great option for people who need extra vertical toe space in their shoes. For me, the Shiraz design was a better overall fit.

Liked the shoe color and style. Did not fit well I need more support.

My heel slips out and my toes are squeezed in the front. The arch support is great. I like the style and color. Just does not fit the shape of my foot.

This is a nice shoe and fit comfortably everywhere but at the heel. The heel didn’t fit tightly enough, so I returned.
